    Fair use law-
Purpose and character of the use, including whether the use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes: Courts look at how the party claiming fair use is using the copyrighted work, and are more likely to find that nonprofit educational and noncommercial uses are fair. This does not mean, however, that all nonprofit education and noncommercial uses are fair and all commercial uses are not fair; instead, courts will balance the purpose and character of the use against the other factors below. Additionally, “transformative” uses are more likely to be considered fair. Transformative uses are those that add something new, with a further purpose or different character, and do not substitute for the original use of the work.
Nature of the copyrighted work: This factor analyzes the degree to which the work that was used relates to copyright’s purpose of encouraging creative expression. Thus, using a more creative or imaginative work (such as a novel, movie, or song) is less likely to support a claim of a fair use than using a factual work (such as a technical article or news item). In addition, use of an unpublished work is less likely to be considered fair.

Hey everyone! Thank you so much for the great reception and feedback!
This is my first video and I would like to point out a few mistakes I did.
    - I said I.M.S.A. When it’s pronounced IMSA ask one word.
    - when speaking of the Fitipaldi Automotive, I accidentally put a Emerson Fitipaldi’s Lotus F1 car
    - I also misspoke and said “Manson” instead of “Mansell” a couple of times.

Newey left Williams not because he didn’t get the technical director role, but because Frank wouldnt give him equity. That’s what it was all about from the beginning. Newey wanted skin in the game and Frank/head always delayed and deflected. Once Newey found out he wasn’t going to get a cut he jumped ship and the Newey curse has afflicted Williams ever since! Good riddance. When you have a top talent you give them something no one else will, a small piece of that ppphhhhat money pie!

A Newey Williams with a 950bhp BMW engine in the back of it and the Schumacher brothers driving it would have cleaned up for years on end in the same way Ferrari did…

Success followed Adrian Newey. In the early to mid 90's Williams was unbeatable, because Newey was there. He left. Williams declined never to recover. He went to McClaren, then they became the best. Now he is with Red Bull, and they are the best. If I had an F1 team, I would want Mr Newey in a senior role designing and developing the car. Nobody else can match his record. He must be a genius.

Slick tires were run in 97' last time before 2009'.
In 1990 they almost won a race with Leyton House, they were second in French GP. He was sacked in summer of 90' so it's even more mesmerizing how he managed to create FW14 in time for 91' season. There was probably some work already done by some other people but since all out testing was allowed kind of made it easier at that time. Gearbox was the issue of that car. Also it would be nice to mention some technical terms as active suspension cause it was main reason for dominance. It was originally tested by Lotus. If you add pretty advanced traction control and launch control and really good Renault engine i wouldn't say it was dominant mostly due to Newey's design. Also both cars FW14 and FW14B were overweight. Blown diffuser and coanda exhaust come up to my mind as one of the most interesting designs of the new era...keep up the good work

I followd motorcykle GP after seing and hearing the Gilera 500 four in the hands of Geoff Duke in the Swedish Hedemora race 1956 or 1957 ( I was 6-7 years old ). Surtees drove MV agusta four cyl, but the sound of the Gilera was the best!

F1's most successful engineer? Sorry to say that but unfortunately that's not true, no matter how you look at it. On the pure number of titles as chief engineer etc.(Chief Designer, Technical Director, Chief Technical Officer, Team Principal) - yes. But if you look at the success rate, i.e. the number of titles per year as chief engineer, he is only No. 3, because he "only" achieves 1.53 titles per season, while Rory Byrne achieves 1.72 and Ross Brawn even more than 1.80. In terms of pure titles, he is also not No. 1 - Aldo Costa has collected more with over 30 titles. So Newey is not the most successful engineer in F1 in either "discipline". There is one engineer who is better in pure titles, and two who are far better in success rate titles per year. Newey would only just be F1's most successful engineer in the discipline of most number of titles in a senior position, the Costa earned 9 of his titles as head of the design office, not as chief designer or higher.
