Very nice interview. From Max's perspective, he went up against the best team in F1, with the best driver, driving the best car, and was able to come out on top. Doesn't have to prove anything more to anyone, therefore he can be more relaxed and measured in his driving this year. And for all those saying he has a fake championship, well, he's about to bag quite a real and convincing one this year isnt he

@@erpaderpa4469 All true, yet with one race to go they were equal on points, and had the rules been observed properly Mr Rainbow would have won the race and the championship. Still, looks like Max will win it properly this year, and I'm sure that, deep down in the places he doesn't talk about at parties, he knows he was gifted the 21 title, and he senses it's tainted, and he wants a clean one, one with no question mark against it, and on the evidence so far he'll fully deserve it this year.

You may be correct, but Sir Lewis Hamilton or 'Mr Rainbow' as you call him outdrove Max for the last 4 races. If it wasn't for Masi breaking rules then he wouldn't be a world champion. Ultimately he may have deserved the championship over the course of the season, but he was gifted that last race win and the championship.

It would of been more of a robbery if lewis won on the back of a free engine because of sprint races, which effectively handed him brazil-abu dhabi.. again.. your a narrative sheep

Monaco seems to be on the F1 calendar now for the business side, for the teams to entertain sponsors, and as a top corporate hospitality destination. Plus it's a base for lots of F1 people who supposedly live in the tax haven. But the racing is both dangerous and dull at the same time.
Perhaps they should build a new track in the mountains behind nearby Nice or Cannes. Wouldn't be difficult to make a more interesting French circuit than Paul Ricard. They could probably even still call it the Monaco Grand Prix via some shady deal with the principality, which is only a few miles from Nice but too small itself for a better track.
