Handmade Minimalistic Phone Stand

Phone stand is probably the most efficient way to use this scrap piece of kingwood I can think of. Sure, a square block with a grove would work fine for this purpose, but I like more organic shapes with curvatures. In this build, I am using hand tools only and try to find the most pleasing shapes based on the natural color of the wood(the lighter sapwood and darker heartwood). Also, I have been learning french polishing recently, so I used it for finishing. Hope you enjoy it.
