I'll just say it cracked me up in the best way to see you just basically shove pieces into the container and go for it. After seeing so many folks take pains to perfectly place pieces of wood for a certain pattern (certainly worthy of accolades) , it was just fun to watch you bash them into the container all willy-nilly!😂🎉
At the beginning, I thought the random way you loaded the wood pieces into the form would end with a piece that was too chaotic for my taste. I was wrong, I really like the way this turned out! I'm glad you'll be trying more with this method. I was wondering if you do anything with the offcuts? The base that was left in the chuck *looked* like it is big enough to turn a small shallow dish or something, though I know size can be very deceiving on video. Thanks for what you do!
When ever you come up in my feed, yours is the first video I watch. You never disappoint. I still say you are the only person who could turn a stick of dynamite with out setting it off.
@@JackMackWoodturning the thumbnail showed a very organized blank on the lathe And they finished vase, was very disorganized. I almost didn't watch the video because the picture advertising looks boring but I'm glad I did watch because the finished product was just gorgeous.
@@JackMackWoodturning I had to watch it again. I realize what was needling me & I couldn't figure out what it was. When I was a kid my grandma used to get this candy they were 'ribbons' and they had different color stripes. This kind of reminds me of those. 😁

You are a master of your craft! Stunning!
very pretty - really like all the colors - nice work - but very different from advertised start pic
Thank you. In what way do you feel it’s different to the thumbnail? The thumb nail is a picture of the finished piece

Yes, green, red, & white; red & white, & green & white…I believe…but I haven’t even seen those in a long time.
Spectacular.
Wow! Beautiful x
I love this!!
Lindinho o vaso que você fez nota mil .
❤wow
That looks very different compared to the thumbnail
Because the thumbnail is the black cylinder, compared to the finished vase? yeah it would look different.
@WolfWarrior01 no the thumbnail is a bunch of those straight pieces rubber banded around cylinder in the lathe.
@@Anon_Omis its not??
Thumbnail is currently a complete different project for sure. Probably a simple mixup, no harm no foul
@@6Shots_ofEspressoi see the thumbnail with the sticks on the turny thing wrapped in a bundle with rubber bands
Maravilhoso seu trabalho ,cheio de criatividade ,mas suas máquinas são extraordinárias e você mexe nelas muito bem parabéns.
Wow the colors are the madness and the black fits great 😊❤
nice to see you using resin again. it will always be my favorite medium and you put it to use like no one else.
Thanks very much! Wood is my favourite medium but resin really helps to create some pieces that just couldn't exist otherwise doesn't it?! 👍🏻
Stunning. Thank you for sharing with us.
