OMG 😍 😲 😱 WOW!!! One of the most exceptional, beautiful, and amazing pieces of art I've ever seen. I'm in awe , of what you did with a tree stump/ 🌳 Roots. Very lovely. You are truly gifted 💜
Stunning piece of art. I had no idea something like this was so labor-intensive. I will be much more appreciative of the time and labor artists put into their work from now on.
I could not stop watching! Partly in awe, partly in terror of what came next. Your skill and patience is amazing and the result is a beautiful piece of art that could never be reproduced.
There's a store in Wilmington, NC called Eclipse Artisan Boutique where artists, both local and otherwise, have their work for sale. I always go in to look around because they have the coolest stuff that you won't see anywhere else. I've bought a few things there and always get compliments from visitors to my home. The boutique would LOVE to have something like this on their shelves! I also want to say that lathe work is very meticulous with safety being number one. You are quite the visionary and do beautiful work!
I just stumbled upon this and was absolutely fixated to see the outcome. What a stunning work of art. I'm not surprised @pinayditha is happy to own this piece. Outstanding work on so many levels.
Tell your daughter the truth! The shrub got killed for the sake of stupid art. Tell her the truth of global warming, pollution, climate change. How affects the animals and us people as well. How ignorant people like the man in the video are responsible for Earth's doom!
The patience you have in creating this beautiful piece. My dad had a lathe and as a child I did not appreciate what he might have been feeling as he worked at it. He’s gone now, abd I think back on things he did that were just him. Woodworking, photography, grilling. He wasn’t just a breadwinner, there were things that filled his soul.
Please show us the final piece in it's final show room or at least in a draped box that only shows the art work w/o machinery as a background. Was your vision for this piece to be a vase, a lamp base or just a sculpture alone? The process was amazing. Thanks for sharing it!
Are you kidding me. That’s like 13 minutes of work as you see from the video. And machines do most of the work. I AM JOKING! 😀 Totally agree. What a beautiful piece of art and masterful craftmanship.
I am new. Incredible! I did wood working in my senior year 1983-84. Only one person made spindle legs for a project... I remember watching him in awe. This is 10 times more unbelievable! I look forward to watching more!
So many times I have seen you create something so stunningly beautiful that the rest of us poor mortals just scoff and say, ‘It can’t be done!’ You then calmly and methodically proceed to do just that. This one however is beyond the pale. The hardships along the way merely provided opportunities to further gild the lily. Thank you so very much for sharing this with us YTers who love to watch your skills grow.
No way to compare my work with this piece of art but I know the feeling when working with this kind of wood with my primitive tools. I never use resins but I rarely know the final result which comes oon the way. So dangerous when working on irregular wood trying to hollow it. (Both for my hands and the wood). Videos of this kind provides inspiration. Thanks
Such a dangerous piece of wood to carve, I am so curious about the 4 different colors of resin in the beginning and the final color. It’s also amazing that you used three different brands of resin in the whole project. I am mesmerized!😮
I wasn't expecting it to be a giant vase but it looks awesome, the ocd in me wanted you to stain the wood before going over with the resin but hey, it still looks 😘👌 masterfully done, good sir!
It was wonderful to see your technical expertise combined with your artistic vision. I like the fact that the final piece felt so organic and wasn't overpowered by space age materials.

This was the most amazing, intense, impressive, on the edge of my seat video I believe I have ever watched on RUclips! Bravo!!!!
I could watch this forever, such amazing problem solving and craftsmanship
I love the kintsugi effect joining the split seam of the epoxy resin and the tree bark. The piece was definitely worth saving. Beautiful work.
Thank you!
It's absolutely breathtaking. I was captivated. I could look at it all day. You're a unique and I hope you continue to grace us with the gift you possess.
Thank you for the video. The piece made me think of the woods on a dark night. The combination was so evocative of nature and the night sky 😊.
A lot of things are called art these days. This piece deserves the name.
I would want this on the little table in front of my glass trophy case containing my Emmy awards and Oscars.
Because yeah.
@@protorhinocerator142 if you only had any of them lol.

I kind of feel the opposite, lol. He just turned a hunk of wood into a hunk of resin.

Also a point of view 🤷🏼♀️
This absolutely terrifies me watch you spin those types of logs. Amazing work, true inspiration
Wow, what a breathtaking piece of art! Thank you ever so much for sharing it with us. Your willingness to share such beauty truly enriches our lives!
Absolutely amazing, to see beyond the knobbly root and create something so beautiful. Hats off
Now this is a piece of art worth admiring.
I am an older lady and I appreciate your work/Art! I am so happy to see that this kind of work/Art will not be lost!
This just appeared on my feed, and, wow! Watching your thought process, to go from something you wouldn't look twice at in a forest, to an artistic masterpiece. Truly wonderful talent you have.
This is a really lovely thing. I'm a maintenance gardener, i'm chucking away unwanted shrubs like this all the time, big shame. Great to see one made into art
Well thank you. Shrubs like this often have a lot of junk stuck in them, so I learned why no one does this.
@DavidAdamsen lol it's true it's a problem I face too actually
OMG 😍 😲 😱 WOW!!! One of the most exceptional, beautiful, and amazing pieces of art I've ever seen. I'm in awe , of what you did with a tree stump/ 🌳 Roots. Very lovely. You are truly gifted 💜
SHUT UP!!🙄
The video was amazing. The visual and auditory experience was as creative and interesting as the object you created!!

I was mesmerized watching this! Had no idea what it would end up like but it’s beautiful! Just amazing 😊
WOW! What a beautifully done piece! I certainly didn't think that giant bramble of wood was going to come out like that!
Stunning piece of art. I had no idea something like this was so labor-intensive. I will be much more appreciative of the time and labor artists put into their work from now on.
Thanks 🤌👊
Off the charts, Brother. Beast. Beast mode. Epic. Pure Chrystalline, Complete. My sincerest compliments. @@DavidAdamsen
I could not stop watching! Partly in awe, partly in terror of what came next. Your skill and patience is amazing and the result is a beautiful piece of art that could never be reproduced.
Thank Ir
I think it could be reproduced.
Thanks so much! I appreciate that!
I'm sorry that it gave you so much trouble, but I think we can all agree that the result was well worth it all. It's a beautiful piece!
😲That's beautiful, David! Lots of work, but well worth it. Very nicely done!
Thanks so much, my friend!
This was utterly captivating and the finished piece is gorgeous!
This is straight to the point
Wow!! I have never seen such beautiful craftsmanship. Wish I had this in my home. You’re truly blessed to have such a creative mind.
Thank you so much!
❤❤❤ you are the 1st craft master I have seen use protective gear,❤❤❤ and then the gloves came off😮
I will never question the price on a piece of art like this again. In fact: priceless. ❤

It's a big hunk of plastic. Calm down.
Это шедевр. Какой мастер! Какое произведение!
Интересно, по чём продаёт.
I just stumbled upon this and was absolutely fixated to see the outcome. What a stunning work of art. I'm not surprised @pinayditha is happy to own this piece. Outstanding work on so many levels.
STUNNING heirloom piece. Thank you for sharing your expert artistry, you are a master worker.
We don’t usually watch this kind of thing. But my 11-yr old daughter and I were amazed watching a shrub root turn into this astounding work of art!
Guess what she's going to want for Christmas!
Tell your daughter the truth! The shrub got killed for the sake of stupid art. Tell her the truth of global warming, pollution, climate change. How affects the animals and us people as well. How ignorant people like the man in the video are responsible for Earth's doom!
Had a sense of feeling that this would be turned into a vase. Time+patience+skill+dedication= beauty of art 🎨
Omg! That is absolutely beautiful! I really enjoyed watching the video of you making it too.. unbelievable craftsmanship
What in the world?! This was mesmerizing and BEAUTIFUL. 😍 Thank you for letting us watch.
Thanks so much for watching!
He sounds like a wonderful father.
Please show us the final piece in it's final show room or at least in a draped box that only shows the art work w/o machinery as a background. Was your vision for this piece to be a vase, a lamp base or just a sculpture alone? The process was amazing. Thanks for sharing it!
Exquisite. People who can see the beauty that lies beneath the dirty, rough exterior are truly special.
Thanks!
When I first saw the root ball I thought it looked like a human heart ❤️ nice piece
You never know what beauty lies beneath until it's set free. Amazing!
Incredible skill with that lathe. Watching that spin was downright scary. What an amazing one of a kind piece of art!
If I had not watched this video - I WOULD BE TOTALLY CLUELESS as to how much work and planning and skill was involved with this piece! STUNNING!
Thanks so much, Elizabeth!
Wow!!!!!!! It's beautiful. The amount of work that goes into a piece like this is astonishing.
Thank you very much!
I really enjoy your poetic manner of speaking. Perhaps you are also an artist given the way you use words?
@@iamV10010 at first I read "pathetic" instead of "poetic", i had to re read that just to make sure I wasn't crazy. Turns out I can't read
Thanks
@@iamV10010 going by their name and the use of “beyond the pale” I suspect they may be Irish. And sure we are all poets dontcha know
Such a dangerous piece of wood to carve, I am so curious about the 4 different colors of resin in the beginning and the final color. It’s also amazing that you used three different brands of resin in the whole project. I am mesmerized!😮
This helped me appreciate how much hard work goes into art. No wonder it can be so valuable!
OH, THAT WAS MAGNIFICENT-- truly gorgeous- a gem. What a privilege for the owner. And what a courageous and adventurous artist you are!
Thanks Julie!
I wasn't expecting it to be a giant vase but it looks awesome, the ocd in me wanted you to stain the wood before going over with the resin but hey, it still looks 😘👌 masterfully done, good sir!
I admire you not only for your creativity but also for your persistence. Great piece of art wood and resin.
Thank you very much!
It was wonderful to see your technical expertise combined with your artistic vision. I like the fact that the final piece felt so organic and wasn't overpowered by space age materials.
Absolutely created by a genius!
Oh my!!! I've just fallen in love with this piece❤. Wow!!!!....... Absolutely beautiful stunning work. I could only dream of owning something as beautiful as that. Now that's some work mate. 👏 STUNNING!
Thank you so much!
That was very interesting, it turned out very nice, you must have quite the imagination, because it took me a while to figure out where he was going with it. 😊
a masterpiece, made out of pure passion
MADE OUT OF A TREE STUMP YOU MEAN, AND AT 5K MIND!! BLOODY NORA I FEEL BLOOMING FAINT👴
Absolutely Gorgeous piece of wood art…. David you’re so talented. The amount of time that you put into this piece has made it truly a masterpiece. I can’t wait to see your next work of art. God Bless You!❤
Wow, I have no words sufficient for such a uniquely beautiful piece!!❤
Wow, thank you!
