A song by Amy Lee/Evanescence that you would absolutely love and it's one of my favorites is Your Star. She hits some high notes and just rocks it out and its its beautifully melancholic
Yeah, this is absolutely my favorite Evanescence song 😊 and it would be amazing to see him reacting to Your Star. ❤
@@sarahross9085 This song used to be my favorite Evanescence song. Now it's Lost in Paradise
Your Star is just so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 And Your Star live is so much better. 😂
@@Evfollower amazing song, Your star
Lacrymosa synthesis live dvd. Amy Lee with an orchestra. Check it out!
Richard Meservey yes! Any of the synthesis album! Saw it live with Lindsey Sterling and it was amazing!
Plenty of songs to choose from
This is in my top 10 Evanescence songs. So happy you did this.
*PS: watch her perform Lacrymosa from the Synthesis DVD! It’s on RUclips! She does it with a FULL ORCHESTRA!!*
End of The Dream was the master piece on it. Not that the others were bad in anyway. The way some were written and weren't really that much different from the studio versions. Secret Door being one that was written with that sound in mind. End of The Dream was completely different from the studio version. Starting very soft and building through out. By the end she really had her foot in it so to steak. It was beautifully done. Again the rest was very good. But that one was the stand out because it was so different from the original.
Oh, and thanks for another evenescence. Can't wait!
I love the song she did with Lindsay Stirling called Hi-Lo. Lindsay's violin and the orchestral elements work really well with Amy's voice!!
She really goes into head voice in end of the dream and lachrymose on the synthesis album. Full orchestra as well!
Doesn't hurt that she's very easy on the eyes too.
Saw her play with the orchestra in Pittsburgh pa. A few months back. On her synthesis tour. She was spectacular live in that setting with her doing her songs kind of rearanged for the orchestra. Highly recommend seeing her live if you enjoy her voice. You will not be disappointed.
One of my favorite Evanescence's songs and one of their most beautiful as well, Amy is just amazing, so many talent in just one girl... How can someone doesn't love her? Haha ❤
Amy Lee was my role model growing up. Her voice is just so unique and hauntingly beautiful. I was lucky enough to meet her a few years back after one of their concerts and she's just the sweetest person. Her presence is so calming and kind. I first heard this song when I was probably in Junior High or just starting High School. Great memories!
You should check out The End of the Dream, Lacrymosa, and Lost in Paradise from their Synthesis Album. It's with an orchestra like you mentioned, and it's amazing.
That voice envelopes my soul, and she is so beautifully talented on the piano.
I love all of Evenscence!
Me either. ❤
laura cosby yass!!
*Evanescence
She's got SUCH a beautiful voice ❤️❤️❤️
Evanescence - Your Star
I love this song! The first time I had discovered this song was after my break up with my daughters dad. This song really helped me through that horrible dark time! I finally realized after it was all said and done that I was good enough! This song doesn't bring back sad memories but it brings back memories of when I was my strongest.
Just listened to this earlier today and even posted it on my fb page for my niece who's dealing with some relationship issues. I'm so happy seeing you listening to this one tonight. You're gonna love it ❤️
Her voice is incredible.
I adore this song. The feelings of being good enough to be loved by someone sometimes come hard. And just when you think you're there, the doubt starts creeping in again. And loving someone to the point of doing ANYTHING they ask can be disastrous, but you still do it so that they will love you. That's what i get from this song, and have personally experienced that ride. Amy Lee...well what can I say? Just amazing. You can feel the passion flowing out of her.
My first time listening to Evenescence.....like it
She wrote this song about her husband❤
She was on tour last year, using local orchestras from each city they visited. It was a great show
This is an amazing band and Amy Lee is extraordinarily talented and then some. She is a classical pianist and she’s going to sing from that classical piano. That’s what makes her voice so unique in addition to the sound along with the band.
I appreciate you doing all these Evanescence reactions! Thank you
She can sang!!!
I HAVE LONGED FOR THIS VIDEO
Evanescence Lost in Paradise 2011 Nobel Peace Concert- Amy Lee live with orchestra- amazing
She actually sang this song with an orchestra, for the Synthesis tour. It's on RUclips, it's worth checking it out! 😍
Evanescence did an entire tour with an orchestra. Check out Synthesis Live! Specifically
-Never Go Back
End of the Dream
-Lacrymosa
Also, you spelled Evanescence wrong. Makes it difficult to search for their songs. Fyi
This song came out during an abusive marriage. So for me, it was about telling myself I was good enough to deserve better. That realization led to a lot of tears, counseling, divorce, and over a decade later the song still reminds me of what I let myself get to, and how far I have come since. I am a totally different person now, and really am good enough to love myself if nothing else.
Man you are amazing!!! I love your reaction and review so much!!!! please react to Evanescence - The Change (Live in Germany), that's one of my favorite performance by them, that performance just so passionate and emotional!! and you can hear even her voice cracks are still stunning.
So glad you finally did this one!!! One of my faves!!!
One of my favorites. That piano ♥️. Please do Speak To Me next.
I just love this song.
I’ve seen Evanescence live and Amy sounds identical to studio versions
If i recall it right, this song should have been included at one of Narnia films. Can’t recall where have I read it. But it was taken back because they thought that this song was “too dark” for the film.
Rvssel VVV it wasn’t this I think it was Lacrymosa and Together Again
Love her voice. On tour, i wish she sang without tracking.
Her voice is so haunting.
My favorite. Thank you for doing this song.
Speak to Me is an awesome song! I request that one 🙏
Hi from Bonnie Scotland, i just stumbled across Anita Baker...Watch Your Step...Live 1987,and all i have to say is WOW, Awesome, the song cooks and cooks then comes to the boil,if no one has heard it,give it a listen to,it maybe for you or maybe not,for me astounding performance.
I prefer their outright rock songs, there is no denying this young woman can sing!
PLZ watch "Speak to Me" by Amy Lee! It is hauntingly beautiful. I have been a HUGE fan since 2003, it is one of my all time favorites!
Yes! Especially the live performance in New Orleans - it is BEAUTIFUL!
This is a wonderful song, it’s even better live/acoustic! And yes, her Synthesis versions are done with orchestra!
As far as songs that go out of her comfort zone vocally are Lockdown (audio) and The Change - Live in Germany
(Speak To Me will blow your socks off! Make sure you don’t rip your hair out of her head on that one 🤣)
call me when you're sober has quitea backing
If you want to see her sing with a symphony/orchestra, watch speak to me” synthesis live ❤️🙏🥰 it’s incredible with the strings and all ❤️🙏❤️
I thought you were starting to say, "I thought she was "terrible--Lee GOOD!!" haha! Knew you liked her.
The synthesis album had been out for some reviews on it
Maybe the 2 best singers in the world Amy and David Dramian (Disturbed) I hope they can get together and make a song. I think David is the only performer that Amy wouldn't have to hold back for....she destroys the rest but her and David would be AMAZING!
I'm not sure if Amy Lee would sound the same with an orchestra. So much that is mesmerizing about her voice is subtle. I think that may get lost if you add an orchestra. My voice coach once told me that some people have voices that sound better without all that background music. They don't need all the background music. Yes, mine was one of those which was why he brought it up. Just sayin' 😊
She thé goth Queen beautiful
Lake Street Dive in the Studio: Rachael Price Sings "What I'm Doing Here" In One Complete Take
Breathe No More live in Europe is amazing!!!!
Would like to see you play "Call Me When You're Sober", love your music reactions
I've done it already but thx!
If you love the orchestra stuff, you gotta listen to Evanescence song's on the Synthesis album. Lacrymosa is my favorite. It's got lots of HIGH NOTES!! You'd love it!!
Lost in paradise is another one that's pretty good.

Man you love you some Amy Lee🤔😂😂
Everyone does my dude
@@itatsuuchiha96 She's good but Evanescence has become irrelevant
Dan Mccurdy 🙄🙄 That’s your opinion. Ev’s very relevant to a lot of people, so why be an ass about it? Move along.
I love your reactions first time on Livestream and you got a new subscriber and I have a reaction request would you react to nutshell or the unplugged version of nutshell one of my favorite songs I think you would like it to thanks
If I could make 2 suggestions in a totally different direction....Enya singing Storms in Africa ruclips.net/video/SiyiexKOaHk/видео.html and Toto "Africa" ruclips.net/video/FTQbiNvZqaY/видео.html I mention these 2 for entirely different reasons. Enya records all of the vocals and most of the instruments herself. She does very little live performances but has a following around the world with millions of followers. Even videos are hard to find of her. Love the way the drums are used in the song. As for Toto, you can listen to this song over again for each instrument. The percussion is perfect, the bass lines are great and the vocals are spot on. Even better, they still perform and the vocals are still there after nearly 40 years. Both worth hearing.
react to evanescence going under please
Okay, I have asked for you to react to Tank! Live by the Seatbelts because it is a totally awesome song and NO ONE else has reacted to it (will one person but he was not a first time reaction) so let's tire a song that others have reacted to and liked it a lot. Senbonzakura by the Wagakki bad. It's a rock band consisting of the usual instruments WITH 4 traditional Japanese instruments added. It totally rocks and the the Japanese instruments blend so well with the western instruments it is amazing
You're right & she is 'one of a kind'! Haven't heard anything from her that I didn't like.
This reminds me of a romance,(was actually my go to song at the time), that I had that turned out being that he wasn't 'good enough' & his deception paired w/the 'feelings' that this song described, extended my foolish desire to believe in a lie that I should have seen. Unfortunately, it was my own needy & insecure emotions that I lived in and allowed to control me, that was the real cause of my idiotic actions & decisions! He showed me who he was, so technically, I don't blame him, I blame me.When we live in our emotions, we are not in control of ourselves, so we try to control others to be what we want and satisfy our emotions (keep us happy). Wrong!
Anyway, first red flags of this from the song is "I can't say no to you' and 'I feel good enough'. No one has the ability to 'make' us feel anything! (If you think that only a particular person makes you feel a certain emotion, you are wrong. You are choosing to feel that with that person and you are unaware of your own, under lying, subconscious reasons for your choices). We control the emotions that we entertain, ourselves, and with our own thoughts. If we are independent & logic based thinkers, we are wise in discerning when we should say no & we are not biased in doing so.Just Sayin'.
Yep, me and this song go back. I was once, captured in it's plot, and later, after several years of 'alone time', self analysis & figuring things out, I am liberated from the helpless plot of this song & can see the cause that created the effect that is conveyed in the song. The cause was me. Now, I feel good enough with or without any other person & that is why I can say no to anyone and I will. If it hurts their feelings or mine, guess what? Feelings are temporary, they change, so everyone will get over it.
Her voice is beautiful, the song is a miserable, self defeating cycle of statements that are played out as dis functional behaviors, that are often, mislabeled as 'love'. Hope that helps someone.
You should try lost in paradise. This may be just what your lookin for to compare if you haven't done it yet.
Please react to speak to me by Amy lee! :)

Have you tried listening to any of Billie Eilish's music
Maybe you are thinking melancholy?
