This looks like a phony retirement group travel promotion of restaurants & malls. I've been there and that ain't it.

In life you will get what you look for. Do you realize what kind of people these are? They look like investors. Would you tour them around the slums? You these places. Yes Paraguay has them too and extremely smaller in comparison to other Latin American countries.
How woke is Paraguay? Are there rainbow flags at businesses?
