The slight edge! Incredible to say the least. In brief, it talks about why most people that fail is largely due to their oscillations between failure and survival and how to go from survival to success ❤️
I read 12 rules for life all the way without the audio and I am really proud of myself for it haha. Took me a long time but I learned a whole lot. I've also read attached and it has helped me become more secure in relationships. Love the recommendations!

I’m currently about 80% through "Playbook to Millions by Grant Cardone. I have read a lot of entrepreneurial books and self improvement books, and this book is my absolute favorite. This book is extraordinary and really gets you to work extremely hard toward your goals in life and succeed at multiple different areas like career and relationships. This is an absolute must buy if you need a push to get you going in business or you want more out of life.

a book that I've read and falls into the relationships category is "the emotionally unavailable man" good for both men and women. My boyfriend actually lent it to me and it was the very first book I've read. I recommend it.

The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel Van Der Kolk is a great book. If you haven’t read it I think you’d enjoy it, he’s a psychiatrist and while I don’t suffer from anything he discusses in the book I found it insightful regardless.

I'm going to buy all of these books lol, thank you Tatiana! There''s an app called Blinkist where it condenses all books to the most important parts in less than 15 minutes!
It even has an audio feature which is amazing when you're multitasking like exercising. You guys should check it out! It helped me a lot.
And my FAVORITE book is definitely the Alchemist. It's a very deep spiritual book and can apply to all areas of life, but mainly surrendering yourself to the universe. Please read it, it's a beautiful book :)
