He actually gave all proceeds to charity and L’Oréal matched what they paid him for the ads on top of it. Only way Laurie would do it. He talked about the whole thing on Conan. He makes a joke out of the fact that they asked him to be a model. Earlier years Laurie could have sincerely pulled it off...very beautiful man. But now and even when he made these commercials... he has( had) aged quite a bit. I thinks it’s down to the smoking....ages one terribly fast...winkles galore. But he is still a very attractive man.
