just as a heads up, don't add flour directly into hot liquids. You'll just end up with a thin sauce and chunks of mushy flour. You need to dissolve the flour in a little bit of cold water first then add it in.

@@asscrackb4ndit you literally can use flour for stir fries, it serves the exact same purpose. To bind the sauce.

Cooked the quinoa dish and the brocoli/chick stir fry. Both were excellent. But they make more than the 4 portions as shown in the video. At least 8 servings or more. Fantastic recipes!!
Made the stir fry and it came out BOMB!
Straight to the point, love it. We've tried the chicken and brocolli and the chicken pesto so far and both have been great!

All meat should be over 75°C when cooked. Invest in a meat thermometer if unsure. Or just cut through the thickest part of the chicken and if its white and tge juices run clear that's also a good indicator

So I made the Chicken Ginger one last night...the amount of soy sauce the recipe called for basically ruined it..and yes i used the reduced sodium soy sauce...
With nothing labelled I did not notice ginger in any of the recipies.

Ok but how long do you cook the chicken, and the period in-between when you flip them?
I am not body building, but I love these kind of videos as I do need to put weight on. So seeing what body builders eat and how they prepare and store is a help. However, what size are these containers? I brought some 1L containers and they look like they could feed an Ethiopian, it just does not look like a lot of food for one person. However, I went shopping a week ago, sadly could not fit everything into the fridge, so have a lot of food wastage this week both frozen and fresh. I will start cooking again at some point.
Exactly my thoughts, 2 of those boxes just be enough for 1 meal for me.

I let it come to room temperature and reheat in microwave or stovetop with a few drops of water. The key is letting it come to room temp.

It's called a fond. It's carmalized food bits that taste wonderful if deglazed with stock or cooking wine.
@@John-Adams There is a fond established after they start cooking but that's not what he was talking about. I'm curious as well because it looks like cast iron and it does not look rusted but that copper color at the beginning is intriguing

im a year late but you can make your own pesto.. basil, parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic
