Read Dr Jason Fung's book titled 'The Obesity Code'. You will see countless research results by independant medicals that low carb & low fat NEVER produces long term weight loss. And in fact, the above method will slow down metabolism and downgrade the body's ability to utilise a healthier dose of calories. I recommend you look up Dr Jason Fung on RUclips first if you need to be convinced before you plunge into buying his easily-read, scientifically-based book.
@@jamcc4467 if you're taking around 500 calories less than your BMR requirements, you will definitely see sustainable, long term weight loss effects. Just make sure you don't go berserk and consume less than 1/3rd amount of your required calorie intake. Also, avoid having one big fatty/oily meal like burgers, fries, etc. but rather have two healthy meals with some grains/fruits/veggies, etc

Calorie counting has been brain washed into us that has no scientific basis for long term weight loss as well as the hazard of it re-adjusting the body's set point negatively. @dobermann You have lowered your caloric intake which your body has gotton used to. You have adjusted your homeostasis. Now do this and you will see I will prove a very good point. Go back to the same caloric intake as before and watch your weight get HEAVIER than what you were before. You have ruined your chances of being able to eat more calories without a gruesome weight gain this your homeostasis has altered. I wont explain more you lazy people. Go get Dr Jason Fung's book!!!
If it comes to vegetables, I can get it because we own a land and my lovely MOM plants almost every vegetable for each season. Just Lucky to have a Mom like here and yes, she doesn't understand me sometimes either but I know my Mom isn't perfect but she's more than perfect in my eyes💜
Not so much unless you wanna burn yourself when too much oil starts to sprinkle everywhere. The sprayer's safer and makes it healthier cuz you can measure the oil your food's gonna absorb. Besides, any sprayer does the job, not necessarily the one in the video. Greetings and salutations.

Love this. Furthering the weight loss trajectory, don't cook the carrots, add them raw. The GI is 17 raw but increases to 81 when they are cooked. add them to raw zucchini spaghetti strands. Most vegetables are better raw than cooked. There is a way of making them delicious with healthy spices mixed with lemon/lime and grapefruit juice. If you are not lactose intolerant add 2 tablespoons of low fat/low sugar/high protein Greek Yoghurt/Cottage cheese to add creaminess without many added calories. Add raw cucumber and celery as they are of very low calorie density. Add chopped apple for crunchiness. A can of tuna in springwater drained is also useful in adding to the meal but you do this at the last minute. I am a huge pepper, turmeric and herb fan so adding to the flavour is not difficult without adding extra salt and keeping it healthy. Add spinach, mung beans, cherry tomatoes and finely cut spanish red onion. Be inventive but aware of your goals. The more you add, the more you need to keep it fresh so that it is more economical yet healthy. Mint Leaves and baby spinach chopped as an added dressing is also healthy.

Never NEVER cut raw chicken on a wooden cutting board! There is small crevices that can get trapped in your wood cutting board, even after being wiped. Please, never use a wooden cutting board for raw chicken. Always use a different cutting board for raw meats, and cooked meats/veggies.

I don’t have time to exercise because of work.. I manage to count calories on whatever I eat. Eating less calories is the key. Remember, you burn about 1200 Cal a day for doing nothing so try to consume less than that. I also take multivitamins for daily nutrition. I am also taking Vanguard Formulas dietary supplement to burn extra calories and unwanted fat faster, and it’s been working really well. With everything I do, I lose about 20 LB a month. Hope this helps
People these days are so pressed about seasoning. Some people may not like super seasoned food like myself. Salt and pepper is enough sometimes. The first recipe has vegetables also. When you stir fry that chicken and the Vegetables together, it's almost like seasoning. Smh

Chicken Fries you don’t have to eat bland ass food to lose weight. Garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cilantro, pepper...none of those contain salt. Also sea salt is good for you in moderation. Also...I don’t need to lose weight 🤷🏻♀️

A number of the ingredients that use can be purchased pre-washed and pre-cut :-) that would save time at least for some of the ingredients.
