Welcome friends. I'm Jen hilman thank you so much for joining me today in this hips and hamstrings yoga flow. so today we are going to dive into some wonderful stretches to help open up tension behind the hamstrings which can be a major contributor to low back pain. so if you
are suffering with chronic low back pain this video is for you we are going to be
opening up the hips loosening up the hamstrings. So let's dive in!

Such a beautiful and amazing yoga teacher
I had a surgery on my left knee over 10 years ago. It had a lot of negative effects on my right leg especially on outer joint with hip as well as inner side of knee. This exercise was a bit heavy for me as I was shaking all the time and couldn't believe how much the surgery limited my flexibility. However, thanks Jen, I liked it and I hope to see more videos about injured knees.
