- Josh Drew, the ex-husband of Amber Heard's friend Raquel Pennington, gave a videotaped deposition as part of the defamation trial between Heard and her ex-husband Johnny Depp. Drew lived with Pennington in a neighboring apartment at the time Depp and Heard had a vicious fight on Heard's birthday. Drew described the scene and how Heard was "damn near catatonic" after the incident.

If Johnny was controlling & abusive to Amber, why would he let her friends live there rent free and give them keys that gave them access to their place where they could easily walk in on a situation? Things just don’t add up.

It all adds up because it was all planned by them!!!! they made sure it added up, staged a domestic fight after Johnny told Amber he wanted a divorce, took pictures of stage evidence, called the police twice, purposely didnt make a statement, because Amber didn't need to in order to get the TRO. this ensured that amber and her friends could keep living in the Penthouses.

The cops said if they saw anything on her face or the room in disarray they would have picked up Johnny even without her pressing charges so why are her witnesses and herself taking chances on perjury. I hope the jury sees through their lies and holds them all accountable.
There is a perception that cops aren’t very good at their job, and also that some cops are corrupt. AH and team are hinting that cops really aren’t good at their job. Which is common in court cases, but in today’s environment this is an accepted view on the quality of police work.

Most NDAs include provisions that eliminate confidentiality obligations in case one of the parties is subject to the order of a court. Regardless, a court may order a witness to testify irrespective of any NDA.
I trust multiple police officers and other witnesses that are not on Depp's payroll including Alejandro, Mr. Knight, Kate Moss, and a fee other people over Heard's former freeloader friends that all mooched off of Depp.
Multiple people talk about Depp paying off witnesses and employees lie on hid behalf due to being loyal well paid employees, but you would think Heard's freeloader friends who lived in Depp's penthouses for free would be the easiest to "buy off".

He seems honest. I think some people are letting their positive feelings toward Depp affect their impartiality. Being a juror requires neutrality and letting the evidence speak for itself instead of approaching the evidence with a mind already made up. Hopefully, they're up to that task. I'm trying to view these videos and listen to all this testimony as if I was on that jury. It's not easy b/c I have more positive feelings toward Depp than I do Heard.

If I were on that jury, there wouldn't be any way in heck I could rule in her favor based on this man's testimony. He doesn't ever implicate JD in any beatings or hitting of AH. All this really tells me is that AH and her heard of trailer trash leeches we're living it up off JD. They had access to all the free dope and $500 bottles of wine they could ingest. And I would also take in the fact that first of all this is from 2019 so there's no way that JD lawyer can object and I'm not sure if they can have any of the parts he is explaining "he heard it" struck from the record ? don't know why they didn't just recall this guy?

So he and rocky didn't actually see anything happen, only the aftermath and Amber upset in an apartment with broken bottles, picture frames. Which to be fair: if amber was freaking out over being officially abandoned (we all heard the audio of her hyperventilating and losing her mind when Depp wanted some space to leave for two hours to hang out with his daughter) If he told her he was done with the relationship and wanted a divorce, it might stand to reason she threw a fit and broke things in a rage and was "damn near catatonic" because she had been dumped and abandoned. 2) This guy's testimony literally contradicts what the three cops already testified to and what the bodycam video proved. The video clearly showed that the house was not trashed at all when the cops were there, and the cops even confirmed this themselves.
He seemed to be the best witness for Amber, but I do NOT believe him because of all the evidence that literally contradicts his testimony. Like who do I believe, these witnesses who are friends of Amber or my eyes that can quite clearly show that the testimony is a lie? The video evidence cannot be lying, and the cops are objective witnesses with no reason to lie or cover up for either party.

He’s a liar. They staged that scene. The cops have bodycam and there’s no wine, no glass, dogs walking all over the floor, no broom, no cleaning equipment. These people are pathological.
The police officers that testified for this trial didn’t report anything from the scene because there was nothing to report. Would an officer lie under oath? Highly unlikely. Would this guy however, ex-partner of Pennington and friend of Amber lie? Way more likely.

They showed him pictures of destruction in that apartment. He testified that all of that was there. There are pictures of broken glass pictures on the floor wine spilled everywhere. The first cops came and said they saw none of that. The second cops came and have video footage of that place, and none of the stuff that he said was there was actually there. He also said that the first bop spoke with him and said that they had enough evidence to pick him up if Amber would cooperate. I really feel like she gave these "injuries" to herself and manipulated her friends to believe it was him. I've witnessed women doing this and was a witness for the male. It was incredibly infuriating and just flat out insulting bc I was in an abusive marriage.

Yes and Drew gave himself away when he deposed that they used AH’s phone for the photos “to avoid potential accusations of bias”. And he was fearful that something very bad could happen (remember AH telling him to bring the knives?), and then saying Rocky told him to leave while she went upstairs to check on AH. The police officers had body worn cameras on at the time and those cameras don't lie! After watching the video from the officers body worn camera everyone can clearly see that there was no damage in the penthouse nor any wine spillage in the hallway as AH and this guy claim. I see discoloration under both eyes and some on the nose in the pics they show, but absolutely zero swelling! Hmmmm! 🤔🤔🤔 Something isn't right about that.
