That’s what I was thinking. He’s like a lawful evil version of bison that uses a pure form of psycho power that isn’t evil like Bisons. Pretty much a perfected form of it which is why it looks like he’s summoning other powers from those rifts that Bison didn’t have.
I also think that the 3rd student was Oro, because he was capable of using it and countless other powers as well, so Oro was perhaps the only one of the 3 to fully master psycho power
@@TheBmills415 that was revealed in Bison's backstory in the japanese video game magazine Gamest Special for SF2CE back in 1992. It was confirmed again in Hadoken no Nazo (secrets of the hadoken), All About Capcom.Not sure about Eternal Challenge though. It also says that Bison killed his master with a Psycho Crusher.
Fun fact about the early introduction of M. Bison. It was revealed in his earliest appearances that his master passed the art to him and two others, prior to Bison killing him. It was also revealed in Ryu and Ken’s stories that they were trained with a third student who mysteriously disappeared. This lead earlier generations of fans (as in, those who were around in the early 90s) to speculate that Bison was originally planned to be the third student, and by extension the one who killed Ryu and Ken’s master (this was before the creations of Dan and Gouki). This also explained the connection between Hadou and Psycho Power, which was established since the early SF2 days.

I think JP is like an exorcist in a sense. I think he wields bison’s soul and he is searching for the best vessel for bison.

I've always gravitated towards evil characters in fighting games and Bison is my all-time favorite, JP will definitely be my main for SF6
That’s pretty cool I always loved that about Street Fighter! That it just pulls people to like different characters for different reasons. I’ve always been the opposite I don’t like to play as the evil characters but I like them but I personally love the characters with good will that’s one of the reasons I gravitated towards t hawk in 4

I see Psycho Power as equivalent to the Dark Side of the Force in STAR WARS. If the Sith somehow survived into modern times Psycho Power would be the name for their supernatural abilities. And M. Bison/Shin Vega is absolutely a modern-day Sith when you truly think about it.
Psycho power is basically just Twitter before Elon Musk bought it.

After seeing M Bison's display of power from SF Alpha 3 (That powerful super psycho crusher) I've been fascinated by the Psycho power and other users of it.
This means the story still have a lot to give

Actually not much mention about the saiko power til street fighter alpha 3. Which mentioned mbison needs a body that can take up the power and the machine he used. Even all these still very limited info given to us as compared to other infos such as ryu evil energy within himself. That why the saiko power always a mystery.😅

I really think G ended up turning into Q from SF3 somehow. Remember SF5's storyline is still before the events of 3. G and Q have similar animations if u really pay attention.
@@DonYoGi8331 despite the fact that Q is already active during sfv events, which was officially revealed by capcom. Ofc they relate to each other somehow, but they're definitely not the same person. I like the theory where Q is sort a clone of G

Wow I imagined for Street Fighter 6 a couple years ago that Capcom would or should have a character that continued Bison’s legacy. Bison wouldn’t be in SF 6 but rather his son or a disciple. I didn’t imagine a character as a final boss tho. I thought there would’ve been a boss with his own new power. Or have Shin Oni as a final boss but I would’ve preferred the new boss. But JP is interesting indeed, excited for SF 6
This only shows that Capcom really needs to rethink how to tell the Street Fighter story. It is so rich, but the way it is told in video games is very lackluster.

Lore-wise, it is still a mystery how Bison and Rose's master/disciple relationship played out. They do share the same soul as revealed by Bison in Rose's SFZ3 ending but how that played out and she became his disciple was never revealed. Did Bison split his soul and it originated Rose (like it seems to be the case with the Neo Shadaloo members according to a twitter from Nakayama)? Did their soul split even before they were born?
In Bison's SFZ1 japanese ending (the american one doesn't mention this), not only it mentions that Bison and Rose have the same power, but, with Rose dead, Bison became the only user of Psycho Power. Which begs the question, which came first? Soul Power or Psycho Power?
I really hope JP can shed some light about this and that he really has some connection with Bison and/or Rose, even if it's in the past. However, I have the feeling that he only will crash at the SF story like Q and G without much being revealed.... That's how Capcom do things.

Wonder if Rose will be involved in anything JP got going on she might be future DLC again or in another version on 6 I really don't see her staying away from the story especially since JP has ties to Bison and I think JP might have been a student alongside Bison to learn Psycho Power and maybe JP and Bison had a fallen out cause they had their own differences on how to go about their power and JP most likely a better user than Bison as it drove him mad and JP knew that will be Bison downfall and JP and Bison look like they around the same age.
Also wonder if G will be involved in JP story if he comes back for Street Fighter 6 and unless JP don't die they maybe can cross paths and maybe Seth? last we seen of him he's fighting people that has Psycho Power attached to them but we have to just wait and see might be forever.

My theory: JP is the fourth member of Neo Shadaloo . At the start of the intro, JP was talking to someone who said "He was obsessed, you see . . . " in which JP answered "Hmmm." I think that person he was talking to was Baba Mwalimu .
From streetfighter Fandom Wiki site, a couple of interesting things:
- The 3rd Neo Shadaloo member's name (The big gorilla with glowing eyes) was confirmed via tweet by none other than Nakayama as Baba Mwalimu 【ババ・ムワリ】who inherited intelligence from M.Bison
- Of the members of Neo Shadaloo, the tall man (Can be seen as an illustration on Ed's Ending in SFV) is said to have inherited the power of teleportation from M.bison
Honestly was hoping *President G* was going to be the big bad of SF6 ... he was pretty much the Arcade Boss in 5 Capcom should've made it canon story wise ... Capcom always drops the ball on really interesting characters story lore Necalli could of been SF Broly or Marvel Juggernaut.. Ingrid could of easily been Capcom version of Marvel's *One Above All* ... guess that just me being nerdy tho lol ps Psycho Power actually pretty terrifying when u think about ...

JP obviously the boss of 6 and we probably never will see JP vs. Bison to see who is superior I think JP would wreck Bison anyway I want a game where the bosses clash JP vs. Bison vs. Gill vs. Seth not Sagat he is a boss but don't qualify for this battle.
JP Morgan giving financial advice and fist fights. Bison is still the Psycho Power master, but maybe JP Morgan can takeover with a financial assault. Bison might be broke with all his failed plots and plans. Lol
Personally, there is nothing that I like about Psycho Power because of its infamous nature. I want Rose to return in a future DLC and mentor Chun Li and Cammy in mastering Soul Power.👍

That's why bison was again the main vilain in SFV once more,they worked his power in that way so he will haunting us for the next 100 SF games on this franchise.If you wanna be repetitive do the soul of someone like jason voorhees to continue the franchise with him.We want new villains in the series.close to gill or seth which yes the second one wasn't the best one i admit it,but it was a change i believe to renew the series a little.But because they failed to some standards like gill was extremely hard,and seth not so successful they gone again back to bison! And where he is failing you can say this time? Not to his legacy as one of the most well known villains on a fighting game rather the lousy story in SFV which was from the worst i witnessed in a fighting game so far! The only good thing in this mode was the FM you acquiring in the end and nothing more! I do love to see him again comeback as a main roster character,but not again as the main villain! Lets see if this JP which looks like allot like rugal will be a good successor for the new era of the SF franchise!
