▬Description▬
New Super Mario Bros. Wii[a] is a 2D side-scrolling platform video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Wii. It is a sequel to New Super Mario Bros. for the Nintendo DS and a part of the New Super Mario Bros. series. It was released in 2009. A high-definition remastered port for the Nvidia Shield TV was released in China in December 2017.[6]
When Mario, Luigi, Blue Toad, and Yellow Toad are celebrating Princess Peach's birthday in her castle, a large cake appears. Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings emerge from the cake and trap Peach inside. The cake is loaded onto Bowser's airship and it takes off, with Mario, Luigi, and the two Toads giving chase. The Toads in the castle grant them access to the new items, the Propeller Mushrooms and Penguin Suits.[42]
After traveling through several worlds fighting the Koopalings, Bowser Jr., and Kamek the Magikoopa, the Mario Bros. and the Toads arrive at Bowser's castle. Bowser is defeated but is revived by Kamek, who casts a magical spell that transforms him into a giant. Bowser chases after Mario and the others, destroying everything in his path, until Mario finds a large switch and triggers it, causing Bowser to fall through the ground and releasing Peach from her cage. Peach and Mario depart from the castle in a hot-air balloon, with Luigi and the Toads following behind.
The credits are shown as a minigame where the letters in the credits are written on blocks, which can be broken by the playable characters to get coins (all four characters appear, but only the ones controlled by players can get coins). After the credits, Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings help Bowser out of his unstable castle, which falls over and traps them.

The mix of the New Mario theme and the actual Super Mario Bros 2 theme mixed together with some refreshing instruments is something that makes me love this remake.

I would’ve loved to see an actually good HD remake of SMB2 since it’s one of my favorite games, my favorite of the NES Mario games. At least I’m very happy with the GBA version, it’s near perfection (with a color patch)!

Jude Johnson it is not a bootleg it’s a fan made game (stupidmariobrosfan helped with this) and the guy who did this game is remaking it again with accurate models he remade the donkey Kong one and instead of using a png he made a model with custom animations

@@yoshibros1111 There’s nothing wrong with SMB2 being from doki doki panic, it’s a good game that saved Mario from going downhill beyond Japan with that awful lost levels game. It was a great choice Nintendo made and has had a big influence on Mario. SMB2 also has many improvements over doki doki panic and doki doki panic only released in Japan in the first place.

While I think this could be actually a good HD remake, there are some inexcusably bad flaws such as Mario having his nose stuck out of a pot when entering and Mario beating Birdo by just literally bumping once without doing anything with the eggs. wtf. Also many of the textures look pretty fucked up
