- I created a fantasy battle between the Stormtrooper army fighting a giant Acklay, before that 1 AT robot was sent to have been lost.
we used a Halot One Plus plastic printer to create a mini army of Stomtroopers

As someone who's served in the military there's always two things that irk me about stormtroopers. The first is the back of the the helmet. With that rig you wouldn't be able to see in the prone. Second thing is why do storm troopers never use cover? Reacting to contact is pretty straightforward. You either get in the prone (if there isn't any cover) or you run screaming like a little girl to whatever cover you can find and than you call it up, and whatever was shooting at you gets hit by a hellfire from a Apache. And than you get body bags and clean up whatevers left.

Wow, my son would love to have this in his collection of Star wars. Even the picture is amazing. He was recently involved in a car accident which left him with a fracture to his pelivis and Femur. He must of watched this now 100 times over. Thank you for keeping him entertained. 🙏

the final result is great but I felt the camera was moving a tad too fast, making the diorama blurry when showing off the finished diorama.
Or maybe adding the spark effects added too much compression and jpeg artifacts?

Indeed, it's beautiful! This must be an Ackaly queen, as it seems a bit larger. I've though of this scenario before, and figured an Acklay was far to small. But ATATs are relatively slow, so perhaps it could go for the legs, avoiding getting trampled. Those claws are powerful!
The only nitpick I have is the teeth. They're a bit blunt. But so is the official Acklay toy. It's difficult to create small sharp teeth unless you have the proper tools. =)

You know dudes & dudettes it's been a while since I checked out this WAW Creation I say all this Diorama Work still is the best thing I ever seen and specially on this Star Wars special on the Troopers & Acklays Aliens Beasts and the fallen AT-AT Walker this reminds of the Star Wars Series known as: [Bad Batch Series] they came back for this: [Female Clone Name Omega] she was smarter then she look the Bad Batch they do impossible missions and specially really hard rescue missions and surprisingly they lasted this long on keeping Omega safe and each other safe threw the galaxy living under the empire radar living in outer rim by doing trade run or bounty hunts or dangerous run or rescue or seeking out personal games that catches there interests and that is what I like about The Bad Batch Series it is all about survival and The Clone Rebellion up rise and I have a good for you dudes & dudettes who would win in a fight between: [Big Group Of Jawa's From Star Wars Series Vs Whole Battalion Of Grunt's From HALO Series] now that is a good question on that one don't you think so dudes & dudettes.!?♤♡♧◇€£₩¥☆

yes, i can totally make them look sharper with specialized tools, but i want to make an old acklay lord and i think it should be blunt after a long time of fighting throughout their life!

Very well made gotta say but the time like acuracy is way off we got impirial pilots and phase 2 clones fighting next to an AT-AT that looks like it has been there for years against an alien that I thought so far only apears on desert planets but I could be wrong on that part. But anyway, it looks good so I forgive ya!
Acklay predominantly inhabit jungle and swamp planets. The one shown in Episode 2 AOTC, is an arena beast fighting on Geonosis, a desert planet. But yeah, I'm a bit confused with the combination of Imperial pilots and Phase ll clone troopers. The AT-AT did make its debut during the Clone Wars though.
@@justinschauwecker You have a point but the fact that the AT-AT looks like its been laying there for quite some time confuses me, should it not be rather new looking, more destroyed then overgrown?

Not a bad build, but what pisses me off, is that 1 this is not the right planet this monster is supposed to be on, the planet it is on is in episode 2, is Geonosis. 2, why do the stormtroopers have BLUE lasers? They are all red in the movies. And 3, the stormtroopers, are not even accurate.

I don't understand, why print everything on paper? Using 3D printing, wouldn't it have been easier and faster, to directly print the whole object?
haha! It is a fact that I really like Lego and the feeling of assembling them from paper is very interesting!
Do you have any idea how many hours of printing, and how much material it will take to create such a large model? And if you use coarse grain, it will not convey details on the model. 3D printing is good for small miniatures.
