@kvnramirezz One of my big ones is to get my weight down to 210, currently 254 at 6'1. I'm also trying to get to 10 pullups and increase my stamina. It's embarrassing but I can barely run 2-3 miles without gassing out 😅 I'm hoping to get to 3 miles in 24ish minutes! I have more but those are the most immediate. I REALLY want to get into calisthenics (muscle ups and stuff) but I gotta get these basics down first
@@phoenixheart4885it’s all about those small wins bro, I would definitely say you should start interval training those runs by running for a bit and walking for a bit, and doing repeats of that to build your base up and not gas out. Cause literally everything comes down to just being able to get back to it the next day and not feel completely crushed by the session

That’s a good question, I think she was telling me that she already coaches some of the kids teams at the club and the opportunity came up for her to coach a men’s team! She’s killing it right now
