The skill of storytelling from the whole BPN team is incredible. Shoutout Luke for cheering the athletes on even though he was gassed. I got the opportunity to run the Overnight Ultra and he was the same exact way. No cameras, no putting on a front, just his authentic self. I cannot think of a more clear-visioned and authentic company, regardless of industry. Awesome work to everyone on the team.

Yessir! I did the G1M marathon twice, and the second year they almost didn't do it - but it was a last minute call, and I'm so glad they did, because man it was such a great experience.
Man I wish I could find or create such an enthusiastic group of athletes fired up to train. To have that group is cool.
Go for it bro! Get signed up to a track club! I made one of my friend groups there it’s so fun and there all so keen. It’ll be the same for you

Or go to local races and ask the athletes about it

Bro 12 x 1k all 3:30 and below, wow...that was a massive track effort. I'm so ready to see you kill it in Dallas. I'll be there as well doing Men's Doubles. I said it from the moment you announced you're doing Hyrox, if you decide to stick with this I could see you being amongst the Elite 15 or at least being invited to try out. You haven't even done one yet and you have folks like Megan Jacoby, Rich Ryan an Ryan Kent talking about you, not to mention Hyrox influencers like Greg Williams (saw the podcast). I really hope you decide to do more than just Dallas.
Training for the Spartan race in Nov 9th Ran my second week of 4-5 mile run and I clocked in 54 minutes and about 30 seconds

This is the type of physique, speed and endurance I strived for when I was younger but never achieved. It was either one or the other. Now that I am sixty, is this still possible. I already know the answer. Maybe I just need to hear it from those who achieved it. 🤔
it's possible. You just need the right nutrition. Im in my 40ies, everything takes twice as long as in my 20ies,for you it might take 3times that long. But with dedication you can make it. And dont forget about the nutrition, cut the carbs, double the Protein.

No hate at all, just genuinely curious... when do you work Nick? From your videos and social media it seems like you are always just working out or hanging with other people in the middle of the day when most people are working. Is this because you've set the company up to run itself?
The last two hyrox prep vids have been sick
For my personal training. Is it better to hit the split time and lengthen the rest time between intervals? Or is it better to stay strict to the rest time even if it sacrifices hit the desired pace. Ideally I could do the workout as prescribed but I'm not there
Ideally stick strict to the rest times a big part of those splits is your heart rate variability bring it up and down. If you are running them at an intense enough effort and your weekly mileage is on par you will get there eventually!!!
