My str/faith build didn’t struggle with any of these bosses. I’m not much better than Hasan. I feel it’s his build that gives him issues.
He is just ass at dodging and tries to damage trade with the bosses. Learns very little from each attempt. Id be surprised if he beats the DLC at this rate unless he starts using summons where damage trading is viable.
Not much can survive a smack to the face with a holy great-hammer.
Its fun watching souls content again but gadamn is the backseating annoying, just let him figure it out. I swear these games turn people into walking wikis
People really need to take advantage of some simple buffs. Boiled crab + Golden Vow + Opaline hardtear can negate most of the insane damage these bosses do. You can also use dragon crest great shield talisman. Makes it feel a bit more fair.
Exactly what my strategy has been. They still do a lot of damage, but it makes the fights significantly more survivable. I am unfortunately still very trash tho and im starting to think im probably not going to beat the dlc lol
The physical damage resistant talismans and incantations actually work and should be used.
Hasan needs to use a different weapon and actually learn he's still used to the early first patch when that L2 carried him. At least he isn't using the mimic I guess.
