The game is a bit unpredictable re: what choices have crazy consequences but I will say most deaths are preventable but some are for the plot. I don't wanna spoil it though gjdkskss

I mean they repeatedly talk about how the mentally ill need help, not punishment and if you have seen the rest of the game you know how amazing their treatment of certain characters with clear mental illness is. Its a surprisingly progressive take on batman
