@@atlantean1209 We are based in Swindon, Wiltshire and we offer a 1 day Electrotherapy CPD course where we go through Class 4 Laser, ShockWave, Tecar and PEMF therapy and we compare the machines and use for different conditions 👍 👉 coreelements.uk.com/electrotherapy-extension-course/
@@CoreElementsTraining I am in the US so I can’t do the course. But if you felt like sharing your opinion of which treatment works best for plantar fasciitis, it would be appreciated!
Try stretching the calf area (both the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles) along with the shin (anterior tibialis). Plus you can massage the base of your foot with a golf ball of plastic bottle filled with water and then frozen, as this will stretch out the area but will also provide pain relief with the ice. Hope this helps 👍
Thanks for showing us. Very clearly explained and shown. 😊
Glad you found the video helpful 👍 and thanks for your feedback Julie.
@@CoreElementsTraining how much does it cost and where are you located? Thanks.
@@CoreElementsTraining also, how does this compare to shockwave therapy, and PRP injections? Thank you.
