Petrissage Massage to the leg - Foundation Massage techniques

Dawn Morse of Core Elements Training demonstrates Petrissage massage techniques to the front of the leg.
Petrissage massage is an excellent introductory massage technique for both sports massage and therapeutic massage and is a useful way to warm the muscle tissue for heavier pressures that may follow whilst uniquely providing a transverse stretch to the muscle tissue.
