I stopped watching Pornography for 4 years... (This is what helped)
First, I want to say that GOD IS THE ONLY ANSWER! God (with the right amount of fasting and prayer) will SNATCH you out of your shame. I made this video to tell you guys what actually worked for me growing up. Looking back it was TORTURE to have all of my electronics taken after watching p for the first time, but it helped me monumentally in the long run (It's technically a dopamine detox now that I think about it). Try this for a day, then week, then month, then about three months and comment what this does for you. Much love to all, and I will see you in the comments 👍🧡
