@@SentecaMorvan Neither do I. It as somewhat of an mild insider joke by some american that was complaining about long german words and he eventually gave up on that word.
It was related to a tank, so I would assume it was something about the engine
@@SentecaMorvan Fettsäuren are nutrients found in food. I lack the english field terminology to explain it better, but they are essentially named after their appearance in lipids. Fettsäure roughly translates into lipid acids. Then Speise just means meal. So the player's name is meal lipid acid.

Teal should have sent a small detachment of about 7 Tarkans to deal with the Trebuchets. The rest would have fought the Boyars and gave him some time to reorganize.

Entertaining game, I feel like teal just didn't have enough of a sense of urgency about his win condition at the end there. Should have been using the tarkans to break through walls and scout for purple's base much earlier.
Alfa spud here! You are right, I regret not just going full Tarkans, no trebs. I had to split my attention on stone wall onioning my base (which was ultimately futile) and trying to navigate my trebs around yellows castles. They did make it to his walls, but I feel the Tarkans would have 1) got there a lot quicker alone and 2) melted right through his defenses without the need for any siege.
@@Alfa_spud I think you had better chance with trebs than with tarkans because of the walls, since trebs have range. Ofc you could have played better. E.g. why did you run with army back and forth near the end, lost so much time. Anyway, I was prepared for you. If you came sooner, I had army still near my base, and moved it only after it was too late for you ;-)
@@1highlyunlikely I went back and watched my rec, that was really smart the timing in which you moved your army. I only moved mine in reaction to your siege knowing I was dead to those trebs unless I sniped them. To tell the truth, I only noticed I patrolled into your Boyars after half we're already dead electing to focus microing my trebs onto your walls and to my vills repairing my TC 11

t90, if your contacts are bothering you, you could look into getting implant lenses. No more fuss ever, and you don't even notice they're there.
Only downside is it's very expensive, but that shouldn't be an issue with all the money you get from rigging people into tournament games.

I would really like to see a game where players still get their kings, but even after they die, they can still build and create armies.
This would be really cool, as if you're backstabbing everyone, you may end up overwhelmed in the end game, and even if you lose, you still get to win, have fun, and offer support to allies and attack enemies
My idea would be that after your king dies you can't produce units anymore. It would be hilarious to watch but it also might be super unbalanced.

It took me a while to find the vocal expression in an english word, that sounds like ÄU in german.

It's horrifying how fragile the TCs are in the mid/late game. At least Kings can run, they can hide, they can garrison huge, powerful castles and stuff. TCs are forced to not just be weak and in obvious places, but surrounded by things like farms generally, further lowering any hope of defense. Which means if everyone effectively dies in one shot, aggression is the only choice. This map might as well be called 'the Dark Forest' on this mode because this was a great example of the doctrine of shooting first, even if it's a smidge dishonorable.

tbh i dont think bonus hp on the tc is that big of an advantage... like... all player deaths look one of those ways:
1. epic fights until one is overpowered and has no production (no meaningful anyways) and other player kills their tc.
2. tc gets sniped.
like... they are never in a race as in they try to kill your tc while you are killing theirs or something.
sure there is an advantage to take additional shots and all, but mostly its just tc overkill anyways as no one wants to be the one throwing everything at the opponent to leave the tc standing with 1hp.
so... yea, bonus hp is pointless imho except for very niche cases. I'd rather pick a civ with good eco buffs than one with +hp on the one tc I have.

Sooooo annoying to see teal be so passive with his Tarkans, because they should run in and just destroy that TC. Dont kill units, just run in and eat TC. Also dont use Trebuchets, they are so slooww and youve got the Tarkans for the buildings.
T90, if your contact lens is bothering you, take it out, clean it and add some lubrication to it before putting it back in.
Also, LASIK isn't bad, you won't feel a thing. You will have to use eye drops for a while, but it's fine. Your vision would be better than with glasses or even contacts.

I'm not really fond of this game despite how entertaining it supposedly was.
Purple swept the field, and it was very obvious who was going to win this from the beginning.
You can see by the various stats at the end that there was virtually no contest.
If T90 knew about their history in community games, he should have at least placed him with other experienced players.

that's incorrect, T90 could pick you as cocaster :-D Correct would be ka-er-be-nog with proper emphasis and pace. For example T90 says it almost correct, but he pronounce the two last syllables too fast and he makes the 'o' too long

Satan calls forth, aoe2 has interesting audio bugs, cleaning up lag, coudl invovle how many audio locatio nsounds are and camera relation, cleaning up the engine a bit coudl improve performance, it is jsut sprites, so... the limit is muc higher, it is a animated many frame... unit, it looks better hmm... could it be made... I think the goal should 8000 pop... I gues its the transfer packet design of each location for the relation of what is going on between players. so... there is agrid packet system... so blocking not sure hwo its translating teh data in aoe2.. but there hsould be a way to greatly improve the engine in how it handles... there is ocmputer lag.. unlikely... toda,y then there is bandwidth lag or network lag, when too much in formation is being sent between players... hmm .. I don't know, but I feel there is a way to improve it.
