I’ve been intrigued with PZ for about a year now unable to use my left hand after a bad accident I made a return on this game now I’m thinking about purchasing again and wondering if I really want to play this game and is it really worth the hype?

I love the juxtaposition between the mod that makes it look like a decade has gone by since the initial outbreak and the mod with NPCs who behave like they've never encountered a zombie in their entire lives.

this movie just makes me want NPCs to be added to the game even more. I feel like its what Zomboid has been working towards all along, you and a bunch of survivors building a community together in the zombie apocalypse.
If you didn't know it actually originally did have survivors they got taken out like how multiplayer did years ago with the plans to add them back in like with how they brought back multiplayer.
God this was so good...I love how after the first 100 Days, your exposition and narration became so much more involved and meaningful. It just made the whole 'movie' so much more enjoyable. I want more

seriously! I did too! as soon as she got her name, I was attached. Cobra is a long standing name filled with memories for me. so it really touched my heart to see her not only survive as long as she does, but seem almost as worthy of a leader as Mav in every scenario!
Real life Survival tip. If you want to open a can you just need to find a road or sidewalk. You can rub the top against the gravel life surface and then squeeze the can open.
I have to say, part one of this series was what made me look into PZ and give it a try, since it looked so engaging. My first charakter survived about 5 minutes. Fast forward a few months, I now have nearly 500 hours in this game, infected a friend who's now at over 1.200 hours and we having a blast in multiplayer together. So thank you very much for this great series!
Yep I just bought the game. This guy sold it beautifully. I mean I literally just laid down, smoked, made some popcorn, and sat 3 hours watching this ENTIRE thing. Amazing! I love how insane 300 days is to survive on this game. I wonder what difficulty he’s playing at. Nonetheless amazing video! Kudos to this guy.
I also bought this game and couldn’t figure a damn thing out, I played the tutorial but that didn’t prepare me for the endless waves of zeds with 0 weapons in a 15 mile radius. Like I could never even find a isolated enough area even just to heal. I don’t know if my dumbass jacked up the difficulty or what but I was a literal disabled toddler trying to play this game.
You need to come back man everyone loves your content and wants you to keep going. Love what you do and you don't need to come back just would be great if you did.
I don't know I'm so attached to this story, but watching the burnt ruins of Fort Matthew really made me feel awful. Only halfway through but man what a video! Incredible quality, definitely got a new sub from me (:
I love the epic moments, and tragedies of the other survivors. I too play with Superb Survivors and on my character, I had survived 5 months! I had only one survivor in my group. His name was Jake. I had met Jake on day one, he saved me from an undead group of around 11. We survived for 5 months together, but then we decided we wanted to spice things up, we drove to Rosewood, and went to the prison. We had successfully killed what seemed like hundreds of them, we made our way to the armory. Then, our luck ran out. Jake got surprised from behind when he was fighting a zombie behind me, I had my back turned looting the ammunition and weapons. He was screaming, there were so many zombies! As he got eaten alive and trampled, I felt a deep hole in my heart, and had lost my only friend in the apocalypse. More and more kept flooding in, my rifle jammed after about 12 rounds, then I too was swarmed by the overwhelming presence, known as death.
But thats honestly what makes project zomboid speacal. The fact that you can be just fine one moment and dead the next. It’s what makes the game special

I've been a fan of the zombie survival genre since i was a kid (now 32) and i remember when i would give ANYTHING for a game like this. My brothers and i used to brainstorm "what would we do, and where would we go" in a zombie apocalypse and now i'm playing this game with them and having a blast. Only ~15 days in, but wow, this game is a masterpiece within the genre. can't stop thinking about it!

This "movie" was so captivating that I sat through all of it in one sitting, without even a thought of spoiling myself with the comments. You made me feel for these random survivors every time they perished, and that's a good sign of a storyteller. Would love to see more :)

Oh my god what an incredible story. I am dying to know what was going on at the base that you couldnt show! Ive played this game for nearly a year now and i have never been this emotionally invested and enraptured by it. Your story telling skills are incredible, and the editing for this video was done with so much love for the medium. You didnt have to dull the audio in times of tragety or pain, you didnt have to desaturate, but the editing done here brought this over the top. Imo, this is the best video in this style that has been posted on the platform. Well done ❤

The 'military base', is an unassuming office out in the middle of nowhere. There's only a few things in game currently that tip it off as being a black site, and quite possibly the start of the apocalypse. That being the fact that it's in the middle of nowhere with a gigantic fence and parkling lot, security checkpoints inside with armories, and a ton of bells and whistles for power generation topside, along with two elevators suggesting that there's a ton of space underground. The reason he didn't show you, is because the base has been in game for a long time - but there are still not basements.... Therefore, for now, the only thing there is the boring and honestly not that interesting top portion. However, they are adding basements relatively soon (probably 2-4 months, just guessing) so he may come back to this series and check it out.
So it's not that he couldn't show but chose not to for story purposes. It seemed to work, though there should have been some elaboration as it implies that what he saw was why he left
@@King_Kerffufle No, he can't show it because there's nothing there and he said what he said specifically as a story point to return to later. Right now, it's just an office building. It has like a room worth of things to loot that isn't office loot, and functions as a crescendo because the amount of zombies that spawn there number in the thousands on even a normal 1-1 playthrough (as much , if not more than downtown louisville). However, it /is/ also for story purposes. The amount of zombies there, coupled with the new information that we're going to have 16 levels max of building levels from ground floor BOTH ways makes me wonder just how big the complex is gonna be, though. He probably only mentioned it so he could continue the series next update.

My brothers and i used to brainstorm "what would we do, and where would we go" in a zombie apocalypse and now i'm playing this game with them and having a blast. Only ~15 days in, but wow, this game is a masterpiece within the genre. can't stop thinking about it!

This "movie" was so captivating that I sat through all of it in one sitting, without even a thought of spoiling myself with the comments. You made me feel for these random survivors every time they perished, and that's a good sign of a storyteller. Would love to see more :)
I left my RUclips playing and woke up an hour into this video after having your voice narrate my dreams for a while! Watched it for about another hour and then came home from work to finish it off. Great storytelling :)

Ive played this game for nearly a year now and i have never been this emotionally invested and enraptured by it.
Your story telling skills are incredible, and the editing for this video was done with so much love for the medium. You didnt have to dull the audio in times of tragety or pain, you didnt have to desaturate, but the editing done here brought this over the top. Imo, this is the best video in this style that has been posted on the platform.

Honestly absolutely amazing. I loved every minute of this video and I really hope it continues for a very long time. The integration and interaction with NPCs is insane and I loved the way this was edited overall 11 out of 10 man!

The 'military base', is an unassuming office out in the middle of nowhere. There's only a few things in game currently that tip it off as being a black site, and quite possibly the start of the apocalypse. That being the fact that it's in the middle of nowhere with a gigantic fence and parkling lot, security checkpoints inside with armories, and a ton of bells and whistles for power generation topside, along with two elevators suggesting that there's a ton of space underground. The reason he didn't show you, is because the base has been in game for a long time - but there are still not basements.... Therefore, for now, the only thing there is the boring and honestly not that interesting top portion. However, they are adding basements relatively soon (probably 2-4 months, just guessing) so he may come back to this series and check it out.
So it's not that he couldn't show but chose not to for story purposes. It seemed to work, though there should have been some elaboration as it implies that what he saw was why he left
@@King_Kerffufle No, he can't show it because there's nothing there and he said what he said specifically as a story point to return to later. Right now, it's just an office building. It has like a room worth of things to loot that isn't office loot, and functions as a crescendo because the amount of zombies that spawn there number in the thousands on even a normal 1-1 playthrough (as much , if not more than downtown louisville). However, it /is/ also for story purposes. The amount of zombies there, coupled with the new information that we're going to have 16 levels max of building levels from ground floor BOTH ways makes me wonder just how big the complex is gonna be, though. He probably only mentioned it so he could continue the series next update.
