  • In this video i explain how the physical is conducted at MEPS and all the different stations they make you go through to see if you can medically make it into the armed forces. I explain my experience at the military entrance processing station, your experience may be different but the tests are all the same. This is My Meps Physical Experience.
MEPS is a 12 hour day on average so be prepared with all your paper work and get a good nights sleep the day before!
I am not instructing anyone to make up or lie about medical conditions or any other questions but just informing that your words should match the documents you filled out with your recruiter before going because if there is a miss communication and you slip up and answer it incorrectly your entry will be delayed or even worse you could get disqualified completely.

Just got back from MEPS. Day 1- ASVAB+ other tests. Day 2- Medical. It was a long ass few days, but glad it is done and over with. Worst part for me was the urinalysis as they line up groups of 5 dudes, tell you to drop your pants to your ankles, then watch you pee. Was very awkward, but don't stress. Just focus on you and your cup. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day till that point comes around. Some dudes who had to piss real bad just couldn't get themselves to do so in front of others. Everything else was a cakewalk, just a lot of waiting for the next station to open up. If you have any questions I'd be happy to answer as I was nervous going into it without having experience.

In the process of enlisting now. Made the mistake of telling my recruiter about the stuff I had medically going on when I was a BABY. Now it’s costed me so much time trying to get enlisted. It’s been a nightmare. I’m PERFECTLY FINE AND NORMAL and they’re acting like I’m some alien. I’m on around..6-7months of trying to finish enlisting. Legit worst time in my life atm. I just can not wait to be at bootcamp and starting my life.

Hey, I am planning on joining the Navy however, I’ve been having problems with my Blood Pressure. Over the last two years, I’ve been having elevated hypertension. My readings at home are around 120/80 - 130/80. But whenever I go to the doctors, it tend to be around 150/90 - 160/90. I even took a 24 hour assessment on my blood pressure and the reading showed an average of 132/78. I’m starting to get worried that I won’t pass my medical exam. Any tips on helping to lower it down? Please let me know.

I have really high aches, looks like clubbed feet. Will they disqualify me if my feet look weird lmao? It doesn't bother me, nor limit my mobility. I'm athletic, and did sports in high school just fine.
