OH that’s such a good idea. I tried to teach my daughter how to sharpen a knife today…WHOA nelly! definitely shouldn’t have started with the good knives. PHEW

I personally had to sharpen both sides. But after sharpening the flat side It suddenly became very dull and I freaked out. But then I sharpened the bevelled edge again and it worked. It isn't perfect as it is slightly pushing the fabric forward. But am scared to sharpen more. Also I used knife to sharpen it as I don't have a stone.
