I just wanted to comment on how good the content of your videos are, keep up the good work and your important message, much love from a fellow vegan in London
oh wow you know sometimes you say something like i wanna run/jog for 30 minutes a day everymorning. for some reason 30 minutes seems alot for me to maintain as i am overweight but to see a pro athlete do only 10 minutes(obviously you do other exercises through out the day) might make it more manageable and consistent for me
yes! It's all about consistency. When you think it's getting too easy that's when you can take it up a notch.. and you can do that either by trying to make the distance longer in the shorter time or the time longer. Try it out! You might be surprised with yourself
I'm surprised you didn't talk about protein, with your food choice i can tell you have 10 to 12% of your calorie coming from protein( fruit are less than 5%,potatoe rice are around 10%, oat/sesame seed are 14%,green vegetable is more than 30% but too low on calorie to make a big difference, you dont eat legumes which are around 25 to 35 % prot, no soy and don't take any protein powder....) which is absolutely impressive since you have great muscle mass, pretty lean and on top of that you are mainly endurance type athlete, clearly impressive, total protein myth debunk, assuming you eat 4500 calorie, that mean 450 calorie from protein =110g, if you eat around 3000 kcal its 300cal from protein =75g, i don't know how much you weight, but its low to moderate protein intake imo for you, really want to have more Stat to see how much protein per kg of lean body weight you are eating, but i will clearly spend less time trying to over consume legumes or tofu now or over thinking about protein intake, you are the best ❤️
Excellent video man. I really wish I had the discipline to maintain a Whole Foods vegan diet like you-maybe one day lol. Check out my channel out nice to see another athlete w/ similar philosophies
Man, I've always had a long distance build, defined abs and slender arms and long legs. It looks like the muscle isn't really there but it's just really spread out. Dope video man.
He is spot on . The only two recommendation for him is to eat more raw foods green juice or fruit smoothie . Also for last thing is not to workout 7days a week. Athletes hearts become bigger causing a larger heart for the body . It will help you become younger and not burn your body out like a car with high mileage it will slow the the ageing .Some 2 days out the week meditate instead of working out . Keep up the good routine and eat the live enzymes .
You make me think of chadwick boseman for some reason 😅 I’m going to invest in one of those foam rollers now. I always feel like crap after a good day of HIIT 😩
Hey I am vegan too 🌱 So is the whole protein thing just a myth to build muscle? How much protein do you consume in a day? You are the first vegan athlete that I see who doesn’t drink any protein shake or eats a lot of protein sources like tofu and beans. Impressive!
It seems like he has a good genetic, maybe his body build muscle more easily. If I eat only this in the video I could lose the few muscle that I have (I'm skinny). I need a lot of protein and much more calories than that to handle this exercice routine and build muscles.
You need a good amount of protein but not zur excessive amounts some people recommend. Around 0,8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight is absolutely enough and you don't have to worry about anything else protein related
I'm not currently building muscle just maintaining. To build it you'll definitely need to focus on adding more but you can still do it through whole foods. No need for the shakes or bars
Yes true. Maybe you'll like this... take your oats and soak them in the nut milk or water over night if u haven't made the milk yet, then by morning they're perfectly "cooked." I've done this many times and usually just let it soak a few hours only. cacao powder with something sweet in it tastes good too :)
Yes! I used to do this a lot. I would actually blend almond milk with dates and blueberries and soak my oats in that. I'll have to get back into that.. thanks!
How many grams of protein do you think you get on an average day? As far as fats go try chia and flax seeds great for your omega 3 and amino profile. Soak them overnight in your cashew milk or water and add to your oats in the morning.
I saw your running for 365 days video and it inspired me so much. I had no idea you were vegan! Now I'm even more inspired because I just recently turned vegan!!🌱❤️

I know a guy 6'3, full muscle around 215lbs, bodybuilder, and he runs marathon. Time is ok 4.5hours. Unless you're the 1% in the elite, then ud be skinny marathon runners. I like your content, just found out about it :D I like your physique, that's the one I want to get, just maybe 5kg more? not sure lol Id preffer to be athletic, like Conor McGregor at 170 perhaps. Do you go to gym? or? how do you train your muscles? :D
Sounds like all you do is talk lol, you are already doing it wrong. Why? Because everyone is different, and I am talking biologically not the cliché statement. My abs look different than my brothers, but we both have a six pack. Stop comparing yourself to others because you will never get there with that mindset. Another thing that nobody emphasizes, is that fitness is a lifestyle. Are you willing to commit? Are you disciplined enough? Its a mindset. Good luck
Me: Anybody ever heard of protein? Everybody here: Nope Me: Oh sorry I always thought that was a thing... that your body needs and stuff. But oh well there are some beans in your chipotle sometimes xD Don't mean to spread hate, don't get me wrong. I'm just surprised that nobody seems to be talking about this, since it's so important and can make such a difference in your performance too!

Thanks so much! It can be tough at first but I hope you try again in the future!
I know a guy 6'3, full muscle around 215lbs, bodybuilder, and he runs marathon. Time is ok 4.5hours.
Unless you're the 1% in the elite, then ud be skinny marathon runners.
I like your content, just found out about it :D
I like your physique, that's the one I want to get, just maybe 5kg more? not sure lol
Id preffer to be athletic, like Conor McGregor at 170 perhaps.
Do you go to gym? or? how do you train your muscles? :D
Thanks! I do go to the gym but do mostly body weight exercises on top of running. You can do anything you put your mind to, remember that!
Good luck
Wow, great running style. Thanks for sharing.
When do you work??
Haha I make my own hours
I was going to ask the same. What do you do for a living?
HellahGood nice. Wish I could. Thanks for the reply
Haha it's great.. but looks like you're in the medical field? If so, thank you for what you do! You are an inspiration
HellahGood Thanks! I try. The OR is a great place.

Thanks so much!
Were the tomatoes in that place necessary 😂
Very necessary :)
😂😂😂😂😂
Happy to have found found your channel!
Me too!
Me: Anybody ever heard of protein?
Everybody here: Nope
Me: Oh sorry I always thought that was a thing... that your body needs and stuff.
But oh well there are some beans in your chipotle sometimes xD
Don't mean to spread hate, don't get me wrong. I'm just surprised that nobody seems to be talking about this, since it's so important and can make such a difference in your performance too!
Every bit of food he showed has protein.
Honestly avocado, and the nuts he uses have a lot a protein on there own
I’m pretty sure he’s a great example of someone getting the right amount of protein; he’s been doing this for like 3 years and still shredded lol
Thanks so much for your videos man I love them!
thanks Henry!
