I bought this kit today!
It's a lovely looking 4x4. I'm really happy with it so far.
That's a great looking truck. I'm one of these people who like something a bit different, like the Hobbytech CRX. Having started back in the hobby after 30 odd years out, I started with a Gmade R1 with 4ws, but sold that after winning a Trx4 Sport kit. The look of the MST is great. Can't wait to see it finished. 👍🏻

Very nice, I always admire anyone with the patience to cut out and paint lexan. Can't stand this part of a build myself, but love the artistry and skill of others. Truck looks great and some useful tips 👍🍺
i bought my mst kit from Asiatees based in hongkong and it shipped to the uk in less than a week , worth a check for the parts to make it 4ws as that would be epic
Nice Build Gavin. I'm very tempted by this. You should set up 1 of those systems where we can by at a discount from your referral and you get something in return like a commision. Bangggood do it as Ive used it from another contributor (rcbiker).

I still have the truck but I haven’t done anything with it unfortunately. Lovely bit of kit and I hope to get back on it at some point this year

I have a FTX outback Texan that I fitted the hobbywing quickrun fusion 1800kv

Great vid Gavin, I bought this kit via evil bay two weeks ago from Drift Mangi on the back of your review and it looks great, I have not started it yet as too many other projects need doing but wanted to ask what size are the bearings that are required for the portal axles please?
The info is in the manual so I just ordered the same spec bearings. 10Pcs Mini Bearing Steel Bearing Rolling Ball Bearings MR63ZZ 3X6X 2.5mm I don't have them yet so I can't guarantee them but that's the spec in the manual.

It’s a great crawler ! Don’t bother with a brushless motor it’s an absolute waste of money !! Invest in a better set of shocks and bung some lead in the tyres, job done. This will out perform your cc02 with one wheel tucked up its chuff !
