Look at the video posted right after this one. One of the budget build episodes I show how to install it on there, warning though it is on flat chassis rails though and not stock rails.
Thanks for sharing curious what you will put it on and do you feel the heavy plastic flatbed will put weight up high? Wish you had painted the floor boards a lil more rough like they had been used and how much did that cost? Thanks for RCing for me #alwaysworking
Thats a good question. I dont think its that heavy. Its a bit more heavy than the others. I do wish i was a better painter. I wanted to do something to the body and i still may down the road.
Horizon hobby,, fix the roll cage,, problem,,on the axial scx10 II UMG10 kit,, I just put together,, Now they have you a rubber bushing & a screw, right in the Direction ,, Pretty cool BODY BIG LIKE 👊👍👍💯
Good informative channel and just subscribed. Kind of curious about when you applied the window trim "decals" - did the simulated black moulding trim adhere smoothly to raised ridge around windshield and rear windows or did it lift, wrinkle and raise up on the edges? Same question on the hood latches where they are raised from the body. I’m trying to decide to paint all that trim or do the decals look seamless. Thanks. Great video, as well as the follow up video.
DixielandR/C thanks for letting me know - I will be finishing my body (also to be mounted on TRX4) tomorrow and it looks like I’ll be spending a lot of time masking windows. Thanks again. 👍
Got my body painted and mounted perfectly with no flex between the cab body and the "truggy" bed, and barely noticeable. I don’t know how to send pics via RUclips, but am happy to share. One really helpful part of mounting was to put the Traxxas nylon body fenders/washers on the inside of the body to help distribute the pressure. The second was to put a brace on the back of the roll bar at the "X" and put a spacer, than a screw with a washer. Hope this helps.
@@DixielandRC I'm just concerned about it clearing the rear fender portion. I've seen Danny RC use a Unimog single cab with cage rear section leaving the rear fenders exposed and it looks pretty good. . I guess I'll dust off the dremel's sanding wheel.
Hi there, great looking body, what kind of modification are we talking about to fit a 313 mm WB TRX4?

thumbs up for the Neeb's shirt...also will this work on an axial scx10.3?
Yes. It should. The frame rails might be a bit to long though.

Great lookin’ body! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Your welcome. Cant wait to install it onto something.
@@DixielandRC I bet. Looking forward to seeing it again when ya do.
Very soon.
Cool looking body....does it come clear to paint ? Your going to put it on the TRX Sport.....
It does come clear. Dang. I should have mentioned that. I always forget something.
And we shall see what its going on
Thanks for sharing. I looked at AsiaTees and it said coming soon. Is that where you bought it?
The one that says coming soon is for the whole rtr truck. The body is listed separately

You can tell its a sticker for sure. The sticker sheet has the windows tinted, i cut the tinted part of the window out just to have the molding part.

Mirage Bob yep. I had some ideas and just havent done anything about it yet. Shoot them to me email. Its @gmail.com. Dixielandrc in front of that
Nice looking body
I'm going to try and fit this on my trx6 and see how the fenders blend in with the rear cage. Any suggestions?
Hmm. That will be tough. This thing is small length wise compared to the stock trx bodies.

Do think that's possible to fit mst cfx-w body (J45C) on TRX4 SPORT chassis?
You will have to cut some of the rear chassis rails.
@@DixielandRC tks
Nice intro!
Thanks.
My words exactly😄
Fits at tamiya cc-01?
SOLD!!! I want one for my upcoming TRX-4 Sport Kit TOO!!! 😁
Dead serious. I hope you've got at least one in stock. 😉
Carmine ✈🚂🚙
This body will not fit on a stock trx chassis without some major cutting
@@DixielandRC I'm OK with cutting. I've had to do some major cutting over the years! 😉
@@DixielandRC you say that like it's a bad thing rofl :)
does it come with front bumper?
Yes.
How much does the body weight with cage?
I will weigh in a bit and let u know.
Can this fit the SCX10 II?
Yes. Will prolly need some fab work to make fit though
