Very good would be a 55+ point season. Joshua has the talent, but does he have the same kind of drive to work on improving like Slafkovsky??

Mesar was sent back to the OHL to develop his game...He has basically shown in the last 2 years that he a basically a point per game player. Even Beck has better offensive numbers while being a more complete player. To this date...I still wonder what they saw in Mesar to draft him in the first round...ayoye !!!

@@acidraindrops1 Pro scouts usually rely on what players do over the course of a whole season including tournaments. Based on what Mesar showed over the last 2 seasons in junior hockey at 19 and 20 yrs old..It is pretty obvious that he may not have a successful NHL career !!!

Tony i would like to hear Button about Farell. 2 years ago he was high in the prospect pool and now you guys dont even consider him in the top prospects. What happened ? Is injury made us forgot about him? I remember the comments Nicholas made after Farell had is first camp with him. He said was soooo Smart on the Ice and that he would be a magical player.
He had good stats in ncaa but hes not strong enough for nhl

Don't you have to win multiple individual awards and be named 1st or 2nd team all star? Generational is thrown around way too much. He's what 28 or 29? He's no Crosby he's no McDavid. He's no Ovechkin.
@@rgood1204 Indeed, Mackinnon is a special player but definitively not generational. The year he got drafted, Colorado was not even sure whether to take him or Seth Jones. It did turn out pretty good for them though !!! We can say just about the same about Makar, is he generational or just very good ???
