Great hunt and Video. Is it a Cape Kudu or a Greater Kudu in this video? I shot a greater Kudu in Limpopo province a few years ago and this one and the others in the video seem to have a different hide color than the grayer ones I saw in Northern South Africa and something else I can't quite figure out.

Was that a 270 ELD-x? I get great results in my 12" 8.6, even took a mule deer in Colorado with an 8.6 blk pistol.
