My problem with these videos is that EVERY single tutorial about capcut has a different looking interface than the other, and especially, the version I use. I don't see any of these tools, there's no intuitive way of finding them for whatever reason, so I'm just stuck I guess.

Are you able to stretch the audio bar vertically in the pc or mac version so you can zoom into the beats? The software has an option to zoom in but it would stretch it out horizontally. I am looking for a way to stretch it vertically so it would be bigger to view.

The only way is to manually cat that portion and delete it. It will help you if if zoom in the timeline to make it easier to see the number of the frame and to remember where to cut it.

@@michellehydle if you have a 1 piece video, after you cut the beginning and the end of the portion you don't like, click delete and it closes the gap by itself. When you have an overlay video and you cut a portion, It does not close the gap.
