So I usually cook my pork chops on the grill but on a rainy day that’s not possible. So I found your video and I’m glad I did. Family loved the pork chops, and I have a 10 year old that ate 2 when he usually only wants fast food or unhealthy typical frozen foods, and was a super simple but flavorful prep. Paired with sour cream and chive mashed potatoes, homemade Mac and cheese, and sautéed asparagus for me and my girl.

I don't comment on RUclips very often but I feel as though I must. Its Midnight Thirty for me and I had some porkchops I placed in the fridge to bake. I am 34 and I can't cook anything outside of breakfast but I wanted to try something but a google search brought me here so I followed your recipe almost to the T and it came out super super good. I was missing Italian season so I used adobo seasoning which is something else I know I like. you definitely earned a new sub here, because Id love to learn how to cook more than breakfast. I didn't know I was supposed to cover it until I started browsing the comments which was about 60 seconds after I put it in the oven, so I did that. That would be my only suggestion for us super noobs out here. Thank you for this though it was amazing!!!

Hey lady! I subscribed just because you’re so kind and respectful even when people give feedback a bit rudely (but then in writing one can’t see the caring facial expression and such to go with it, so maybe they're not being rude).
I do think adding a few more key specific details can be very helpful and is just good for clarification, as is a written form of the basic recipe in the description, especially for those who have little or no cooking experience and/ or to make sure it has the best chance to turn out as close to how you made the recipe and as well as possible for the viewer, so they’ll want to see and try more of your yummy recipes! 🙂
Regardless I’m gonna tweak this tomorrow with seasonings my mom and I like, and I really appreciate the video and comments cuz I RARELY cook pork chops, partly because they’re usually tough and partly because maybe pork isn’t the best meat to eat, as known since times of antiquity and Biblical food rules lol, even if Jesus declared all foods (and people) “clean” with the vision Peter saw (at least as far as Gentiles were never intended to be forever excluded from right relationship with God, if we’re willing to learn about Him and trust Him to be their hope and not trust their religiosity and supposed goodness in and of themselves- too many passages on that concept haha).
ANYWAY, I’m also thinking maybe they’re tough so often cuz I want those piggy bad boys COOKED and maybe I’ve been overcooking them! I’ll try your methods and use the meat thermometer to verify they’re cooked thoroughly in less time than I thought it takes, and I so look forward to their tender juicy goodness (not just their yummy flavor) the three times a year or so that I eat pork anything, especially pork chops!
