      @@traciesplace These turned out perfectly, so tender and juicy, my husband LOVED them! I did make one drastic mistake though, I took the pan from the oven and placed it back on the stove, and then as I normally do, I picked it up to serve and guess what? Yep, I fried my hand literally! lucky I have pure aloe vera on hand.

    I came over here from your spinach video, and I was super impressed with that. And I'm not disappointed with this recipe either. As I said over there, need to let that pork gravy-in-waiting realize its potential, so you can smother some hot buttery biscuits tomorrow morning for breakfast.

    Thanks for the bite. I could almost taste it. I always liked applesauce with pork chops. I never considered cooking actual fruit slices with it.

    Idk where you're live but find you some pilleteri's marinade black top. All of his seasonings are awesome. I use the black in gumbo and on steak.

    I have these exact same pork chops in my freezer. I've been to scared to cook them cause I didn't want them to turn out tough. I've seen a salt/sugar combo brine, but never just salt. I never understood to point of the sugar anyway. lol I'll have to try this. Do you think Worcestershire sauce would work too?

    🥩First let me say any time you decide to air your video iam watching it why are we soaking the meat in salt water is that to draw the blood out ? I aiways I hated this type of pork chop cause my daughter always served them to me burnt or soft on one side hard on the other side thank you for showing me a better way to prepare this type of pork chop

      Just made these a second time today for lunch. You actually did say the temp of the oven when you said preheat to 425. My mistake. These were delicious, my only mistake was I didn’t peal the apples and the skins were soggy. Thanks for the recipe!

    FYI, this spoon you used for the brine is a soup spoon and is 2 tsp. A tablespoon has three teaspoons and is larger.
