  • Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly release tightness and tension in muscles that cause the most pain around the knee.
    A big contributing factor of knee pain and discomfort comes from a build up of stress, tension, and tightness in muscles that can lead to painful strain and inflammation.
    This video will keep it simple by fixing weakness and tightness in the main muscles that cause pain in this area, especially the quadriceps and popliteus.
    Each exercise works a little differently. To get the best results, go through them all and use what gives you the most pain relief.
    As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done at home.

    This video is a game-changer for anyone struggling with knee pain! 🌟💪 Dr. Rowe's detailed explanations and exercises provide a beacon of hope for both immediate and long-term relief. It’s fascinating how targeting specific muscles like the quadriceps, popliteus, and hamstrings can make such a difference.
    Not to mention, the strengthening exercises are something I can easily incorporate into my daily routine to support my knees better. And those wall sits? Definitely feeling it, but in the best way possible!
    For anyone diving deeper into holistic health, exploring how enhancing the body's endocannabinoid system could complement these exercises might be worthwhile. It's all about balance and support, after all. 🌿🧘
    Big thanks to Dr. Rowe and SpineCare in Saint Joseph, Michigan, for this insightful and empowering video. Definitely earned my like and subscribe! 🙌👍 #KneePainRelief #HolisticHealth

    Hey doc, thank you for your helpful videos!
    I have a question: I’ve been hitting the Crosstrainer frequently recently cause I feel it helps with my sacrum pain, but when I do it daily, my knees get tender. Is that muscle building in the knees or is it strain to the knees that should be avoided? I’m overweight so maybe that bears down on the knees but the Crosstrainer motion is pretty gentle, no?

    • @BrandyWiseNL
      @BrandyWiseNL Месяц назад +1

      Might be tight quadriceps. Build up your crosstraining exercise a little slower. Stretch the entire area above the knee so your muscles can adapt to a new level of exercise. I had knee pain while running. This is how I solved it. 😊

    I have SI Joint Dysfunction and was supposed to have had fusion surgery a year ago but my daughter broke her foot and I wasn't able to because she was supposed to care for me after my surgery. Then the day the Dr said it was healed I was going to reschedule until I got home and my 94 year old mom fell and broke her shoulder. She was in rehab for 22 days and after coming home her dementia had gotten worse. I'm also my daughter's caregiver, she's disabled permanently from a car accident. I don't see any way I can get this surgery, who's going to replace me? I'm supposed to be non weight-bearing for 6 weeks and then the other hip is done and it's another 6 weeks. My question is this, will these exercises keep my SI Joints from getting worse or maybe even help them? I'm in so much pain all the time, I hate my life, my pain meds aren't working anymore.
