    When looking at online videos/photos of the 35mm I was sure I would want the 35mm for myself, but when I was at the dealer, the 40mm looked perfect on my wrist (6.5 inch) and the 35mm looked way too small, even feminine. My gf agreed that the 35mm was too small for me so I went with the 40mm!

    I got my ice blue prx 35mm automatic last week which fits my 6.5 wrist perfectly(depending on my personal preference). In my opinion PRX looks pretty in smaller size due to its integrated bracelet. The 40mm look very bulky towards the bracelet to me. The ice blue dial look very cool👌🏻. Awesome watch for the price. Very happy with the purchase😊.

    I'm going to go with the 35mm. I have a wrist size around 6 inches and the 40mm would just be TOO large for me especially on my slender frame. Also, the 35mm now has the ice blue dial so the only thing that could have swayed me to the 40 is now a non factor.

    I have a 15.5 cm wrist (approximately 6 inches) and I've got the 35 mm quartz version. It's like it was literally made for my wrist. Absolute perfection for me. Though, I don't know if this new powermatic version worth the update. What I know for sure is that the 40mm is a no go for me. Way to big

  • @razmanrazak8680

    It’s all depends on our very own wrist size. My wrist size is 6’. If i wear the 40mm, it will look sloppy on my wrist. The watch is identical in every aspects between the two sizes. Like i said earlier, depends on our wrist size. Mine is the 35mm in green, it fits just nice for me. I wonder if it comes in 36mm, the watch will never fits right for me. (Because of the lug to lug).

    Just brought the Prx prx powermatic 80 in 40mm, and it looks great. I planned on buying the Quartz version but In person the powermatic 80 looked more versatile. The waffle dial is amazing. I also have a smaller wrist under 7” and I must say the 35 mm looked way too small for my liking.

    • @joshd6083
      @joshd6083 11 месяцев назад

      I will say it does have a small spacing between the end links and my wrist. But with this watch having a integrated bracelet, it’s the price you pay having a smaller wrist and not preferring the look of the 35mm.

    Been going back and forth a lot on this, tried both a number of times. Went with the 35mm and to me, on anything less than a 7" wrist, it's a no brainer. I usually wear 39-42mm divers and yes, at first glance after that the 35mm looks a bit dainty. Give it a minute and you realise it still has a lot of wrist presence, is super light, with a bracelet that just hugs the wrist and sticks to that classic 16mm taper... The 40mm still looks good on my 6.5" wrist but by comparison it's loud and rather clunky-feeling. Trust me - 35mm (quartz for the thinness) in a "feminine" dial like the silver with rose gold hands is the perfect antidote after a diet of boring "manly" watches. 😊

    Moral of the story, go in person and try both on. Bring a friend/spouse for a second opinion. I thought the 40 would be huge given its lug to lug, but in real life it’s actually not as big as the what videos lead me to believe.

    Why should the smaller watch have a slimmer case when it's the same movement? I prefer the 35mm variant but the date placement on that is bad - again because it's the same movement but the dial space is smaller due to the smaller watch. I'm sorry but the weight criticism is so weird in a time where titanium watches are so popular...
