      @@84y87 *sigh* and heres the skeptic. If its a simple math problem in a book, there is always enough information given in order to solve. Math is a puzzle, but you can't complete it without being given the pieces. If you are trying to find it of the physical object, that is a bit more difficult. If it is simply rotated, you could probably make a pretty solid guess on the shape's original state and work from there by solving as you would that shape.

      Hi, Dewin, sorry for bothering you, but I have a problem with my JGAurora A5: I have leveled the bed like crazy and stil I have to print PLA on 75°C heat on bed. Bed is clean, leveled and it worked on 60°C for first cca 15 prints I've done with this printer. And even if retraction is on 10mm, my models are super stringy. I can't lower my extruder temp any further than 210°C, because then comes under extrusion. I'll try combing and coasting, but still I need help. It's my first printer I've ever had, so maybe there is some simple problem fix. Thank you.

      Nope, that's why he patented "a meandering object with a specific geometrical shape"

    • @darkreaper300
      @darkreaper300 5 лет назад +86

      with that logic patenting a design should also be stupid since all designs are are just geometry. be it simple or not.

    • @darkreaper300
      @darkreaper300 5 лет назад +8

      no, my point was practically any engineering marvel is based more on geometry than anything else. door hinges could be made from wood or any other material but are metals for their strength. i can make valves with metal or plastic. a valves design is geometry in motion and so is much of mechanical engineering and physics.

      +Shadow 14360! Haha! The guy who has patented that stuff would kill himself after seeing this comment, thinking that... "I've tried to tweak with the shapes and people refer them to be deformed balls"

    • @aa-jm7js
      @aa-jm7js 5 лет назад +1

      No, it's a geometrically shaped form that's basically meant to roll continuously (without it being a smooth sphere). If you'd take a look at how it moves and that it has a winding flow then you'd see how it does that. The sheen on the surface enhances the visual perception of the movement even further.
      Although, the other pieces are not shaped in a way that encourages movement, but they are unique and interesting to look at too.

    It'd be really interesting to see if you could make some kind of 3D combustion engine using this as the piston, similar to a rotary engine, although it would likely suffer from the same downside at the contact points as the rotary.
