I tried using atta instead of maida n came out gorgeous...this on RUclips is one of most healthiest recepie that retains all the nutrients in mushroom..n maida as I said can anyday be replaced with half a teaspoon of atta...thank you❤️

I have tried this recipe today. It came out beautiful. The soup tasted like 5 star restaurant. I used milk instead of cream. Btw, you will have to use more than 10 big mushrooms to prepare for 2 or more people as mushrooms shrunk considerably while cooking

I just made this and it tasted amazing! ✨ I used maizena (corn flour/starch) instead of maida and it worked perfectly fine.
I added oats flour and it was delicious yet filling.. try it
i was searching exactly for "can it be done without maida", now i can use oats powder

I have tried this soup twice and it has been such a huge hit with my family. Grinding only half quantity mushrooms is interesting because the whole mushrooms add such a nice touch while eating. Also, I added red and yellow bell peppers and milk instead of cream and its worth giving a try! This is my go-to soup now! Thanks for sharing this recipe! 😊

Made it for lunch today. Turned out great. Used milk instead of fresh cream, so it didn’t become as thick but the taste was just like at a restaurant! Thank you very much for a wonderful soup recipe. This will be my goto recipe each tym I have some spare mushrooms in the fridge 😊.

Only thing i did was to replace oil/butter with Desi home made ghee, relpaced cream with cow's milk and replaced Maida with Jowar flour and in all the result was just Great..!! 😃

Mam... onion, garlic, salt , pepper, oregano, cornflour, milk, maggi noodles masala and little grinded Cooked mushroom gave very good taste.
I am in middle east and at my home I don't have salted butter but I do have desi ghee. So can I use that with olive oil.
