- Stevie, Janie and Junior from Edinburgh brought their 2019 VW Crafter all the way to VW Worx in Cheshire for a full conversion. As very keen cyclists, this conversion was to make a camper for family adventures and the family includes three specialist bikes! Excelent work! Please use a tool (A scrap wood piece is fine) to push the wood through the cutting saw table...
Second that- it REALLY hurts with just a nick on your hand, it taught me a lesson.
3rd that. really made me nervous just watching it. Fingers are worth the extra effort.

Yes it is a 35 LWB (not the extra long) but the mid height roof.

The headliner was a twin layer of brushed suede with a foam backing.

What's the name of the material you use on all the furniture ply edges?
It is just called knock on edging and is available from most motor home conversion suppliers.

No, this is specially designed insulation for camper conversions.
