My 5 bedroom apartment is both a blessing and a curse its HUGE and has plenty of room but takes a long time to clean, is often filled with smoke from the neighbors and lobby, and has MANY structual problems and need many repairs.
Im currently preparing for thanks giving and have to cook an ENTIRE thanksgiving dinner on a hot plate and airfryer

I know right honestly an apartment in your size seems like a dream to clean, my 1 son makes that goal a little difficult but you have 2!! So I can imagine lol but Sis your seriously are BLESSED and I pray your beautiful family knows love, light, and smiles daily ✨

If its in your budget get some bins from Dollar Tree to organize your closet. Also, replace baby boys' curtain rod. Someone mentioned spiritual cleansing and i second that. There is a "cold" energy through the apartment but you have a "warm " energy. Some not so great things have happened there. I can feel it. May God bless you in all that you do.
yup I replaced it a few days after this vid and I just thrifted some organizing racks and went to dollar tree for bins, LITERALLY YESTERDAY AND TODAY lol great minds think alike

To inherit you need to be on the lease and the head of household has passed away and passed the responsibility to you. I inherited mine from my parents and very grateful for it!

How do you pass a project apartment down generationally, NYC is messed up and expensive. So, this is how Florida and James Evans, a working married couple with 3 kids lived in project, and their adult kids were able to remain tenants. I'm so grateful to be from a mid-sized midwestern city and a dad that was healthy most of his life and was always driven to make not just a better living but a good living for his family (a child of sharecroppers). Girl put up a donation tab on your youtube, I will check back to see if you have done so.
Yes indeed, unfortunately Nyc can be impossible financially! I loved the show GOOD TIMES and a kid, and yup thats how J.J, Thelma, and Micheal got the apartment. Florida and James reminded me of my grandparents with my Gma being a homemaker and my Gpa the bread bringer- and that being me and my man now (crazy to think of as I type) Its really is such a blessing to read of your family in the midwest doing well despite origins in share cropping(my family was too so I feel the pain of having that history) . I manifest your blessings continuing and your dads awesome image- he sounds like a great man. I truly thank you- you are so sweet to offer! 45 years in the projects 😢this is actually not the way it was intended but they will allow it because as long as we're doing this they will build generational wealth. You seem to have very positive outlook and demeanor hopefully you will teach your children to break this cycle.Trust me I grew up in subsidized housing but went to college lived below my means as a single mom and bought my own condo it's possible 🙏🏾❤️
You are a young beautiful soul that will complete all your manifestations. Many of us have similiar stories and many sucessful ones. Spiritually cleanse all the history out of the apartment and adopt a minmalistic lifestyle, it'll change your entire perspective going forward.

What’s so bad about the projects? I got friends who live in the suburbs and they are miserable, in the block I live in everyone knows everyone, it’s a good community, my home owner friends in the suburbs don’t have that.

You have 1.5 bathrooms. If it doesn't have a shower, it's only considered a 1/2 bathroom

What happened to the stove🤔and will nycha fix it🤔if you can explain the steps to take to inherit a nycha apartment 😃
Ah well long story short the stove had a gas leak so National grid shut it off and it cant be turned on till they fix or replace the stove, which they still have'nt done yet- 3 weeks after the leak 😓
Now to inherent a NYCHA apartment It is a bit more complicated- I will make a Video on it to explain how i got my apartment from my grandparents in detail but basically anyone can do it! you have to have lived in the apartment for a year, not be a felon, have income, and have the current resident put you as co-head so after a year they can remove themselves and you become head of house hold

I remember I was homeless living in the Bronx. I wanted to move in this building and the lady told me I can't move in this building because it's "Generational housing" lolol I was pissed so I moved with my Brother in Brooklyn to be put on his lease😅
@@Thisusermanifests My stove was replaced within week. Have you spoken to your Housing Assitant about such a essential appliance. 3weeks is way to long.
Have you thought about downsizing?

Yes it's not an inheritance as we don't own anything. Just staying in poverty.
How can you show your apartment when you haven't cleaned it the curtains about to fall clothes all over the place this was just nasty next time please take the time to clean before showing everyone 🤔
