What location is this neighborhood?? I'm looking for a kinda safe nycha neighborhood houses. The ones that come to mind that someone suggested are sorta safe is Chelsea Elliott, Fulton, and Amsterdam but I don't know.

There is nice Nycha apartments just because people care about their house. Kids and adults make it seem like living in projects is bad and they have the liberty to not take care of their hone

Just wondering if you just wanted to get out the shelter quickly so you just went with it. Can you change to a different home later on through the same program ?

You put a christmas wreath outside your door, and they didn't steal it??.. I'm sure your doing your best to make it work, but when you got water damage, mold and bugs...there's not much you can do. It's always nice in the beginning, but after a couple of years.....forget it.
