I was misled by advertisements about what was included and it was only when I was at the dealer it was confirmed what actually was part of the standard inclusions.

How can the navigation voice level control be lowered below the preset level of 5 by Nissan. These commands and direction guides are painfully loud on the ear and make using the Map navigation unbearable.

Hi Antony. The normal volume control can be used to adjust the level of sound navigation whilst a command is coming through.
Great but am hard of hearing and could not hear what the man was saying.
Mine doesn’t do that
