I love the immediate transition to "How the fuck do I know" after he gets what he wants.
amazing writing! naturally larry
Classic Larry.
I LOVE that part too. I think about it alot hahah its hilarious how fast and hard he flips that switch
Yes, it's the best, Susie getting her comeuppance.
The weight guesser actor is amazing
he does a very good Mexican accent
Great facial expressions
Him and the concierge were the stars of this episode.
Mickey can still fuck off.
He's also quite foxy.
Interesting part is, the script is very loose, he just describes the plot but pretty much everything is adlibbed so it’s really impressive when the extras are good
"strange behaviour"
"I had a couple of drinks"
"ahhhhhh!"
Best excuse ever.
Larry what is there to do in this town?
"What the fuck do I know! What're you asking me for?"
Such an asshole
How are people hating on this scene?
It's pure comedic genius. The crap Larry has to go through to get around his idiot friends shenanigans.
who's hating on it?
twisted_nether people at the bottom of the comment section who don’t know the setup of the airplane trip
His shenanigans
Who the fuck are hating on this scene?
I'm hating on it.
He's clearly a racist.
I like how Leon shows up with the 4 of them like he’s their old buddy
Leon is Black Kramer, he gets along with everyone............except people who mess with his boy Larry
I'm the 69th like!
Well, at this point in the show, Leons been living at Larry's for like 10 years. It's safe to say he's known all of them for that 10 years.
Out of all the people in the show Larry took Leon to Paris when he made the excuse to Michael J Fox, they're boys
It's just a given that Leon will usually be there. Larry's so wealthy, he can easily afford to support Leon, and in return Leon... is there.
His “No-oooooh” when Larry’s about to fake-punch him is such a gem. Immediately followed by the merry Marriachi music!
'D'ahhh!' lmfao
so true!
Yep loved that part too 😂
LOL!!
They gotta bring this Ernesto guy back.
"the fuq you asking me for, what'd i know." to his best friends Wife 😂😂true friendship
Too true, they become sis in law, all bets are off lmfao.
SUSIE: What is there to do in this town Larr'?
LARRY: How the f*** do I know?! What're you asking me for?!
That's so New York. HILARI😂US!!!
lmfaoo there was so much contempt in his response too
I straight up felt that when he said it lmaoo.
Mark my words: this will become a classic curb scene
@meaturama take a chill pill
meaturama Hey, if the man says to mark his words, Mark his words.
@meaturama I'm marking them. I believe it. Marked.
@meaturama You better buy yourself a permanent marker pal, because these words you read? They're getting marked. Permanently.
When is it not a classic Curb scene
Larry: "I've got a good mind to take this up with the carnival commission....is there a carnival commision?" Ernesto: "No"! Larry: "Alright then I won't take it up."
A lot of shows start to age and get weaker as they go on, but am I the only one who finds Curb Your Enthusiasm gets better with each new season? It's ten seasons in and it still feels fresh and it's producing some of its funniest ever scenes and episodes. I honestly hope it keeps going way into the future.
Seasons 6-8 were the peak
@Yuvi A not really, but the producer do let them improvise the dialogue, there is a script for every show, what they can do is change a thing or two while talking...
smokeylee1986 most of the seasons were good. Season 9 they were phoning it in. This season got better.
Carlos Quelis no, Larry writes a few key points of the episode and the improv the scenes
@@CoopStewy I highly doubt that is just a few key point like you said, there is a great production behind the show, to much pre work, I am SURE there is a script, Larry may let them do they own things here and there, but trust me there is a script, otherwise there will be to many loose pieces that at the end of every show they wont be able to put back together.....
Jeff’s thinking “Larry’s acting friendly and apologetic something’s up.”
Larry has a good heart. You see later that he bought a yo-yo from the kid even though he didn’t need it. His girlfriend, on the other hand, was annoyed. You know they don’t belong together.
I don't think she was annoyed at the kid. She was just uncomfortable because of the mention of "yo yo". Previously Larry had been talking about how her weight may be yo yoing
I try to buy stuff off the street vendors. Larry made a note of her not wanting the younger the yo-yo.
@@Aaron-th7xx you’re 100% right...
It’s cause of the yo yo 😂
That poor little boy’s feelings were hurt.
lol I love how larry is just fascinated with the weight guesser guy, as if he has a super power.
You can really hear the voice of George Steinbrenner come out of Larry when he's angry lol.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed haha
Big Stein is getting upset!
I lost it when he said “how the fuck do I know, what are you asking me for” I just wasn’t expecting him to be so aggressive 😂😂
The New York came out for a sec lol
I lost it laughing when the carnival guy shook his hand kind of with a panic like “NOO” and then Larry sneakily shows him some extra cash and the carnie understood it as trying to be sly.
This is the best show in the world!! The interdynamics of society, the unwritten rules, the "standards". Since season one is all genius.
I agree
This scene and the buildup to it is a textbook example of the genius of Larry David.
IS THERE A CARNIVAL COMMISSION
NO!
🤣🤣🤣
This little fella was so funny
"Jeff you're gonna win me a prize?" Susie always needing something from Jeff. Never ends. 😂
1:46 Ernesto's fake reaction is pure gold. Well played Larry!
I aspire to be Larry David when i'm older.
I aspire to be Larry today!
Jewish?
Be him now, sir.
@@tonysnark1530 Ok.
@@wesjanson6979 Jewish and RICH. Which....I guess is an oxymoron
The little weight guessing guy looked so confused bless him
"I have a good mind to punch you in the face!"
"DOEWAH!"
I will now be adding the word “besmirch” to my daily vocabulary
I don't know who you are, but you are bringing joy to people's lives with these clips. You are the true hero. A chicken teriyaki boy in the flesh.
100% this show is Larry's gift to the world honestly.
" I don't know! What the fuck are you asking me for?" I absolutely died!
One of the funniest scenes ive ever watched. This is genius.
The weight guesser is awesome, need to have him and the hotel clerk in the regular cast
That smirk at 3:31 is golden!
Thank you so much for uploading these and allowing me to connect to my future best self in Larry David.
“You Charlatan! You quack! You have besmirched this woman’s honor! I’ve got a good mind to take this up with the carnival commission!”
Whoever wrote this is a genius. I presume Larry.
One of the funniest things I have seen in almost a half century on this planet.
im in the UK. thanks for this, love the show! these scenes are hilarious!
No matter what he gets into, in the end you can't help but love LD.
I love how impressed the guy is by Larry when everyone goes "ooooooohhhhhh" at his excuse hahah
I thought it was more an expression of pride from a job well done and a satisfied customer
Larry is so full of life. Love this man 😂
Lake Chocolate thank Leon for elevating his spirit
LMAOO! The poor guy
Curb just gets better and better with each episode.
he gives up at making the Cheryl and Ted spin feel natural lmao
Omg I love Ernesto he’s adorable lol
The interaction from 0:51-1:00 is just perfection.
Superb scene
I like how Leon is the most cooperative seeing as LD knows he can distract him with bitches.
Sorry I mean ladies.
This is the best comedy show of all time
That is a diabolical and devious plan of Larry’s. God, if he was taller and stronger, he could be Lex Luthor. Hey! Larry Luthor! I mean….he is bald.
I can watch this for days
Lol the jojo effect when a person loses and gains weight temporary how genius.
It's yoyo
Like the toy
“You charlatan, you quack!”
He was so confused lmao
Brilliant!
Leon living his best life eating corn on the cob #shmood
Always producing gold
Total Marx Brothers vibes.. "You quack, you incorrigible curr!" Excellent lol
I’m surprised Larry is as heavy as 163 lbs at 5’11”; I’d have guessed just over 150.
He just keeps, coming up with funnier and funnier ideas ans situations . Not to many comedy shows where i actually have a good laugh
the 180 at the end, hilarious
Like she didn't see him tip the weight guesser lol
Ernesto's reaction at 1:46 is gold!
The little yoyo kid is the voice of Coco in the Pixar movie. Stay slinging Coco Yo-yo
This is the best scene
Larry is one sharp dude.
Absolute genius.
This is insanely funny 🤣😂🤣
Lol who thinks up these situations, they have to be re-enactments of real life experiences.
I love it so much
This is the funniest scene of curb
Larry is brilliant using the weight guesser!
Genius. Larry is an absolute genius.
I need for the carnival guy to tell their weights. I didn’t get closure.
I know... Now I have to go and watch the whole damn show....
Ernestos reaction to Larry's feast was priceless lol
How the fuck do I know? Whatre you asking me for? - The pronunciation on that line is pure gold
This is the best show ever
LD is so crafty hes hilarious
This was a good one 😂
Genius!
Many of the dislikes are from Larry’s friends
C’mon Susie, let’s do a little dance.
Hahahahahaha!
This guy just can’t catch a break😂
After 9 seasons, this show's still got it.
I think it got better
Larry is genius 🙈😅 get those weights ..
I love when he was done with them he was like "how the fuck do i know". Haha
This episode is hilarious.
This is like some LucasArts adventure game problem solving.
-I had a couple of drinks..' --aaaaah!
was this to get their weights for the private plane?
Yes.
No it was just an unrelated event that happened in the same episode.
You'd think his friends would have learned their lesson after the first time the plane had to land due to them not giving their weights.
@@robrick9361 that would actually be even funnier
@@robrick9361 Im watching this out of order, so it could be a callback.
This is genius writing!!!!
It’s amazing how some people don’t find this show funny. It’s fucking hilarious
How the fuck do I know? What are you asking me for? Favorite line ever from LD
Carnival commission
F ing hilarious!
Thumbs up if you were going to thumbs up this clip before it even played
Quality!😂
I love Larry.....😹😹😹
Larry putting his arms around Ted Danson was more Godfather than The Godfather
brilliant
Larry always seems to have a little money ready to give a tip to someone who is not convinced to cooperate.
It's the American way.
