Im usually on Larry's side but bringing your own eggs and toast to a restaurant is borderline psychotic behavior. Basically telling the chef his food sucks lmao
0:09 Larry's "yeah" is so good 😂 it's the equivalent to "are you fucking serious?" as he is sitting there not wanting anything to do with this woman outside of therapy. Those subtleties remind me of the older epsiodes with the underplayed moments, they hit better than a lot of the overacted and over the top things.
@watervillegangmember No he actually had to switch his breifs because his balls got caught in his zipper. Leon went to the doctors with him and gave him the name long ball Larry. It kinda stuck then the woman he dated came after
Perhaps, but I remember it on The Office. I forget who brought it up but Michael replied something along the lines of, "Nobody here's disgruntled. We're perfectly gruntled."
The Clock is Obviously Broken/Not Working as are a Lot of Those Type of Outdoor Clocks are and The Clock Sticks Out Like a Sore Thumb in Opening Scene so HIGHLY Doubt it Was a "Mistake" in The Movie
I found this episode better than the first 2. I prefer the more everyday locations in LA for Larry. The Atalanta setting made the show feel misplaced in a way imo.
David writes great comedy that seems to revolve around being difficult by insisting on the expression of his own individual perspectives and preferences in every aspect of his daily life. Even if it offends others.
Not our problem that you can't see the joy and terrific humor in this. Why would you expect ANY friend to be exactly the same after a 20 years span? The show is different now, of course, but the basic soul and concept remain the same.
Actually NOW I ammend my reply. The season seems to get more and more flat as it goes on. The one with Conan was almost just a shadow or curb. Completely contrived and unrealistic.
Honestly, even though I love Leon, who doesn’t I felt the show really started going downhill when they started getting into the silly over the top slapstick style scripts the the first couple seasons was so realistic, the show got really stupid.
I always thought Larry David was the genius behind Seinfeld, but on Seinfeld they made a big deal out of trivial nonsense and it was funny. This just comes off as whiny, spoiled and not funny. Unless the joke is that people who are rich, bored and entitled can be jerks.
But one of the great characters is the Japanese American guy who owns the club restaurant. And he's very strict about the rules and causes. Larry's friend to write Disgruntled.
3:06 I sadly can relate. I used to bake and cook everything from scratch. Even my own dough for unleavened bread. I was so specific that, I could taste small differences between my homemade stir fry and retail restaurants. I miss cooking. Great thing solar is booming. I can finally start making food from scratch again. I look forward to making some of my old recipes. I used to make vegan food that people liked before the tech improved. My field roast burgers and pizza had meat eaters begging me to cook more!!!!
These later seasons seem so forced rather than the mote believable and organic earlier seasons. Like a waiter swearing and kicking people out of an all you can eat restaurant is just stupid.
David should have quit when he was ahead. I've watched several clips without cracking a smile. The previous season was occasionally barely amusing; this one is awful. Certainly won't get the DVD.
Im usually on Larry's side but bringing your own eggs and toast to a restaurant is borderline psychotic behavior. Basically telling the chef his food sucks lmao
No he trusts him to prepare it and thinks he does a good job. He just doesn't trust the ingredients..
Don't know if that makes it better

"We're aware of your bread Mr David"... why is this stuff so hilarious 😂😂
I think Takahashi is quickly becoming one of my favorite characters.

The traditional japanese music as Larry's having the face off with Takashi is hilarious😂
And the fact that Larry like ‘wins’ the face off with that last aggressive double finger thrust.
@@Darknizzleyes, Takahashi even gets "thrown" back a little 😂
Tracy Ullman deserves an award - she created such a great funny character with so many facets - brilliant 👏

What is this obsession of fluffing Ms Ullman every time she so much as breathe!? 😂
@@MbogaTatu Because she's fookin' brilliant and talented.
Love Tracy, she is the perfect match for Larry, comedy gold.
Yep, they go great together
Totally agree
"Why they call him long ball larry" 😂😂😂
It goes back to a previous episode where someone he was dating called him long ball Larry.
@watervillegangmember No he actually had to switch his breifs because his balls got caught in his zipper. Leon went to the doctors with him and gave him the name long ball Larry. It kinda stuck then the woman he dated came after
Was “disgruntled” part of a Seinfeld conversation? I seem to remember, “Are you disgruntled?” “No I’m gruntled. I’m very very gruntled.”
Perhaps, but I remember it on The Office. I forget who brought it up but Michael replied something along the lines of, "Nobody here's disgruntled. We're perfectly gruntled."
I LOVE Tracy Ullman. She is a riot.
No Tracy Ullman, no Simpsons
"the air on my nipples and looks of admiration" then comes "we're going to eat" ! Scary stuff
"something's amiss,, with the eggs" who the hells says it like that 😂😂 hilarious

I love her glasses.
Larry is insane
Tracy Ullman ! Just when you thought she was unbearable, Larry needs to verify his eggs were used
first the spite shop, now it's the breakfast grudge
Are you even allowed to bring your own eggs? 😂😂😂
Try it
In a private club, probably yes.
If you have $800,000,000 like Larry., you could, probably, bring your own chicken.........South East London:)
We're aware of your bread Mr David.
Takahashi is hilarious!!
The whole "whos disgruntled" thing kept making me think of "who's anonymous?" 😂
Ted Danson
Theres no way i wouldve traded my damn breakfast for that woman😅

Just so awesome and so much fun !! I am just a little "d" Disgruntled, not big "D" disgruntled! LOL
Love Mr. Takahashi

R.I.P. Richard Lewis. Wit and funny beyond belief. Bonus points in Heaven for putting up with LD!!! 😄.
A big loss
The line “eggs are eggs” is a Seinfeld line that George delivers just FYI
“Somethings amiss with…the ayygs.”
how do *you* pronounce that word? Curious.
Ehgs
At this point, i think Larry is just looking for trouble every single minute of every day. He is addicted to making trouble.
SHE'S EATING LARRY'S EGGS.
The chef
Oh, she's never seen the Oscars, what an achievement lol.
The sobriety is a riff on Richard Lewis alcoholism😂 btw Robbie Riggle 😂
And he passed last night. He’s going to be missed.
Tracy Ullman. What a legend.
1:57 that face and sound.
😂 priceless
new one for him?
Larry handing her eggs, use my bread…just stay home and make breakfast in your kitchen Larry.
I really want to like this season. It's the final send off and every season prior had me in stitches. This season is so weak.
I was wondering if someone would say it out loud. Oh well, he's given us tons of amazing episodes, and maybe this final season is better than nothing?
I found this episode better than the first 2. I prefer the more everyday locations in LA for Larry. The Atalanta setting made the show feel misplaced in a way imo.
"Eggs are eggs. That is very profound. By the same token you could say fish is fish. Ha ha ha, I don't think so."
David writes great comedy that seems to revolve around being difficult by insisting on the expression of his own individual perspectives and preferences in every aspect of his daily life. Even if it offends others.
Breakfast loophole and breakfast grudge.

15 weeks sober!!! What an achievement
And still have 9 weeks left
Then you’re in the clear
David just loves making himself more trouble
😂😂🤣🤣😄😄😅😅😆😆 I luv it!
The joke about the "Finale" is brilliant. That one sucked!
Im predicting larry ends up with a long jail sentence
And joins Jerry and the gang
long jail Larry
This season is like a friend you haven’t seen in years… and you realize that person you knew is gone forever.
Not our problem that you can't see the joy and terrific humor in this. Why would you expect ANY friend to be exactly the same after a 20 years span? The show is different now, of course, but the basic soul and concept remain the same.
I like this season, I’ll miss CYE as this is the last season.
I think you’re dealing with some personal transference and projecting onto CYE.
And yet you keep watching. Just stop your whining.
Actually NOW I ammend my reply. The season seems to get more and more flat as it goes on. The one with Conan was almost just a shadow or curb. Completely contrived and unrealistic.
I'd be like yeah well time's a wasting. keep on with the rant and it'll be 11. Larry is so dang grumpy. I hope he says with Erma
stays with Erma
This season is even better😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
from Vivica Foxx to Tracy Ulmann? Largest downgrade in history of civilization
I usually agree with Larry, but he's being a dick about breakfast! Who brings their own eggs!
Larry’s too old not to know you never piss off the people that handle your food
This is so hysterical. Baka
What season and ep was this
After 11, the technology eludes them.

Longball Larry 🤣🤣🤣 ...
Tracy Ulman is fantastic
I have a structured settlement, and i need cash now......

They recycled Long Ball Larry from season 6, which was better use back then 😢
They also recycle from Seinfeld and Seinfeld recycled a lot from when Harry met Sally.
I thought it was a callback?
I hear he is somewhat annoying in life too. Bless his peepickin heart.
Eggs are eggs!
Takahashi is projecting here. He's the one with the scowl and disgruntlement. And he's not as honorable as he wants people to think of him.
I caught that as well. It’s pot calling the kettle black.

As long as he Tips well nothing here was over the top rude. Bringing his own eggs to a restaurant.
I am hating the Tracy Ullman character so much...Dragging her into a second series makes for painful viewing of this final ever season.
