i just got done building a 5.1 cu ft box for a pair of mojo 12's for a customer. definitely the biggest box ive ever made, and the loudest for sure! i can only imagine how heavy that one you're making is going to be....
Question: if I purchase a custom box design, does it come with a plan to cut/etch your logo on to the box or a beauty insert? I’d love to advertise the fact that the box was designed by CAF! If not is it something I could purchase separately? Thanks for everything you do for the car audio world!

Mark, What if you halved the middle port dimension an used a dual port system and increasing the air volume by one brace because you would use the remaining brace as a divider and for airflow direction?

HEY BRO, I could use some advice to upgrade my 2015 2LT Camaro . It already has mylink screen/head unit upgrade with boston speakers SO i think all i need is a powered subwoofer. What equipment do i need to add this to my otherwise stock system. Obviously a sub and amp but also a convertor of some kind? i plan to use wasted space in right rear corner of trunk. can you recomend 1. max size & specs of sub i should try stick back there 2. size/specs of amp 3. design;if it should be enclosed or not, ported or not. i will do the bare min 25% sound deadening of the trunk and want a budget of 400- 800 usd and dont wanna spend 800usd if thats gonna be overkill for quality and power of the rest of the system, when /if 400usd is all it takes to make a huge difference.
could you tune the box to 2 different frequencies? one side tuned to 40-45 Hz and the other 30-35 Hz or similar... yes, 2 ports and separate chambers vs the 1 tuned frequency and shared port...
You're describing a 6th order dual reflex. Having separate active drivers tuned to 2 different frequencies doesn't really work since they're going to overlap and cancel each other out at certain frequencies. You have to tune the entire enclosure uniformly
Any radio will work , get a small alarm battery and make the proper connection, so when the power is cut , the radio doesn’t lose memory. A relay ,battery and a fuse could work too .

My goal is to utilize the usb from the head unit to charge a ~12v battery. I've scoured through hobby stores for RC batteries with usb chargers. It's the only thing I can think up to find a reliable current. It's a tight space. Though, method of charge is where most focus is found. Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You should engrave CAF on the front of the enclosure and have it a decorative color
You should add some back-lit acrylic effect from SOF episode yesterday and some Mobile Solutions Matrix design also.

No such program exists that has this degree of flexibility. This is having experience in an engineering grade design suite.
