Since Singapore has 3 universities only ( out of which 2 are ranked 12 and 14 ) , applying to Canada is my safety net . The University of Toronto , British Columbia and McGill University are easier to get into plus Canadian immigration is easier 😅 Best part is that while there aren't a lot of tech jobs like Silicon Valley , Ontario is a Startup hub and for internships and entry level positions , it's the best even for people like me who only have 6 months of work experience 😅

Hi Omkar. If I am not mistaken, the duration of the student pass is based on the duration of your program. So once the program time expires, your pass expires as well (do check this though, not 100% sure). Before it expires, you can apply for an STVP or LTVP to stay in Singapore and do your job search

Now I am thinking that only intelligent people from India get a chance to be highlighted for jobs in SG. :-/
GPA is not everything Zeeshan. Don't lose hope. Work hard, and you never know which opportunities will come your way.
