I love Edge. I even used it for a year switching from Chrome. But now I'm going back to Chrome. My Edge always keeps on running slow and Crashing. Chrome isn't doing that. People say that Edge uses less RAM than Chrome. But I tested both of them today with the same settings and the same tabs. Surprisingly, Edge is actually using a lot more RAM than Chrome for me. I am doing this without extensions enabled. I think Edge is being bloated with too many features. I love them but It's making it slow down and making it heavy. I might switch back, who knows...

@@UnclePittya I always use Edge, you're not actually use too much that's why you don't like it. Actually, at first, I also don't like Edge, but I go deeper, and I discover more cool features.
Any extensions even came from Chrome works in Edge. Another Google Chrome only useful because of the account. In Edge I have AI, mobile web feature and Workspaces.
It also has built in VPN that Chrome doesn't have. And Edge VPN blocks ads in its own for free. No need for extensions.
So, Edge is better than others.

Not sure why, as they haven't made any UI change or added any new-features lately. Some went to _Google Chrome_ , but others to _Opera_ . _Safari_ and _Firefox_ also both lost users between those months.
On smartphones though, _Chrome_ is down between August and September, but _Safari_ seems to be where most of them have moved to. Whereas on tablets, _Safari_ is down, but _Chrome_ and _Edge_ both went up.

Why are users suddenly forced to use a browser (i.e. MS Outlook)?
They're not. In this video, the user is using the online-version of Outlook, and is running it in the Microsoft Edge browser (as this channel is here to promote Edge!). Microsoft still sell the local app version of Outlook, either via a Microsoft365 ongoing-subscription, or you can purchase Microsoft Office 2021 as a one-off purchase.
