Sifu Adam I’m a small person always I have being! And not a violent type of person!!! My Dad always usto tell me ,that in a fight ,the person attack first is mostly likely the winner … but for some reasons or others I always contain my self ( it’s like I’m scared to hurt or get hurt) .
