From nbc 105_2020, load combination for steel and rcc same we need to adjust wind load in dead load and live load combination.....like wise for steel structure column as per cl 5-2 how we check for demand capacity ratio. Any idea.....

Sir I think if you provide releases (partial fixity) to the stringer beams and model with deck slab, the stringer beams will not fail.
